Not this center specifically but generally unprofessional because they recommended a pair of glasses that turned out to be too big.

Very nice but incompetent staff. The frame of the glasses is excellent but the quality of the lenses is very bad (after 1-2 years they have to be changed again)

Il personale Γ¨ tanto gentile ma assolutamente incompetente in merito, non sanno consigliare. Ho comprato degli occhiali, li ho cambiati perchΓ© erano difettosi e dopo pochi giorni i miei occhiali erano in sconto in vetrina. Poco professionale e disonesto nei miei confronti. Quelli che mi hanno dato in cambio non posso usarli perchΓ© cadono sul naso.
Aesthetically inviting but of poor quality glasses, after a short time they change shape and you lose them while walking. The staff is so kind but absolutely incompetent about it, they can't advise. I bought some glasses, I changed them because they were defective and after a few days my glasses were on sale in the shop window. Unprofessional and dishonest towards me. Those who gave me in return cannot use them because they fall on the nose.

β β β β β Occhiali di pessima qualitΓ , dopo neanche un anno la montatura ha perso completamente la cromatura. Assistenza inutile, perchΓ© hanno pochi esemplari dello stesso modello quindi non sono riusciti a trovare lo stesso occhiale per sostituirlo. Soluzione? 30% di sconto su una nuova montatura! Quindi ho dovuto spendere altri soldi per un occhiale che molto probabilmente durerΓ quanto il primo.
Peccato, sembravano belli. di design e molto convenienti, ma sconsiglio vivamente. Personale educato, ma poco competente e professionale.
Bad quality glasses, after less than a year the frame has completely lost the chrome. Useless assistance, because they have few copies of the same model so they could not find the same glasses to replace it. Solution? 30% discount on a new frame! So I had to spend more money on a pair of glasses that will most likely last as long as the first one.
Too bad, they looked beautiful. design and very affordable, but I strongly advise against. Polite but not very competent and professional staff.

β β β β β Assolutamente sconsigliati. Ho comprato un paio di occhiali con lenti (a detta loro) top di gamma, con protezione per la luce blu. Risultato? Riflessi fastidiosissimi che rendono gli occhiali praticamente inutilizzabili. Quando sono andato a chiedere assistenza mi Γ¨ stato detto che Γ¨ normale, hanno negato una sostituzione e proposto di comprare un altro paio di occhiali senza protezione per la luce blu.
Absolutely not recommended. I bought a pair of glasses with lenses (according to them) top of the range, with protection for blue light. Result? Annoying reflections that make the glasses practically unusable. When I went to ask for assistance I was told it's normal, they denied a replacement and offered to buy another pair of glasses without blue light protection.

β β β β β smiley and friendly looking but incompetent, unaccommodating, and inflexible staff. Went in to ask for a simple help to tighten the screw of my own glass but the staff said that they cannot touch other brands' glasses. It could be their business protocol or the staff's laziness, but to not offer a simple help has truly impacted my impression of the brand. It doesn't act like the business is the part of the local community and obviously does not pretend to do so.
