5	574R 5K1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che avevo gia degli occhiali con lenti graduate e visita fatti da loro e quando metto quel paio mi viene un malditesta assurdo...con questo avrei gia detto tutto. Ho provato a dargli un'altra possibilità : Commesse svogliate (in particolare dalla signora coi capelli ricci e occhiali) Entri per chiedere informazioni/preventivi riguardo al tipo di lenti e al costo di montaggio e vieni guardato con perplessità dalla commessa che ti rifila risposte senza senso per mandarti via senza neanche darti delucidazioni sui costi. Probabilmente essendo una catena sono piu interessati a venderti i loro pacchetti di offerte ed assicurazioni annesse che soddisfare i singoli bisogni e richieste dei clienti che chiedono per esempio il montaggio di lenti su occhiali che non sono stati acquistati da loro. C	Carina vaccaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A febbraio 2019 sono andata per cambiare gli occhiali che avevo fatto l'anno scorso. Ho presentato il foglio rilasciato dalla mia oculista in cui era chiaro che gli occhiali erano da lettura, da fare erano 2 occhiali. Al ritiro mi ritrovi 2 paia ma uno da vicino e uno da lontano. Ho segnalato subito alla commessa che avevano sbagliato... quindi ho ritirato solo un paio, ma volevano essere pagati anche dei secondo occhiale che era sbagliato e già li mi stavo arrabbiando. Ho fatto presente che avevo ribadito alla commessa che gli occhiali erano 2 paia perche uno intendevo lasciarli fissi in ufficio per evitare di dimenticarli a casa e il secondo paio per casa. Lei era piu impegnata a vendermi le assicurazioni e i diversi tipi di trattamento alle lenti... Quindi esperienza negativissima. Le dichiarazioni di conformita delle lenti erano sbagliate e anche se ho chiesto la sostituzione sono ancora che aspetto il foglio corretto.Non li raccomando In February 2019 I went to change the glasses I had made last year. I immediately signaled to the saleswoman that they had made a mistake ... so I withdrew only a couple, but they wanted to be paid also for the second pair of glasses that was wrong and I was already getting angry there. I pointed out that I had reiterated to the contract that the glasses were 2 pairs because I intended to leave them fixed in the office to avoid forgetting them at home and the second pair for home. She was more committed to selling me insurance and different types of lens treatment ... So a very negative experience. The declarations of conformity of the lenses were wrong and even if I asked for the replacement I still expect the correct sheet. I do not recommend them
