★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza e garanzia pessima! Sto ancora aspettando i miei occhiali, consegnati 15gg prima che scadesse la garanzia dei 2 anni! La protezione antiriflesso delle lenti si è totalmente rovinata rendendo le lenti zigrinate, eppure i tecnici dicono che non sono difetti imputabili alle lenti. Chiedo di riverificare e rispondono con una lettera dicendo che la garanzia adesso è scaduta. Dopo 4 risate,... Ci siam capiti. Allora chiedo di sistemare almeno ciò che avevo sempre accettato : perimetro delle lenti non adesso alla montatura. Sto ancora aspettando! Di certo Non mi aspettavo tale comportamento dai figli di Essilor Luxottica.
Dopo la precedente recensione ho avuto la sostituzione delle lenti, cambio valutazione da una stella a 4 stelle
Bad service and warranty! I'm still waiting for my glasses, delivered 15 days before the 2 year warranty expires! The anti-reflective protection of the lenses has totally ruined making the lenses knurled, yet the technicians say that they are not defects attributable to the lenses. I ask to recheck and respond with a letter saying that the guarantee has now expired. After 4 laughter, ... We understood each other. So I ask to fix at least what I had always accepted: perimeter of the lenses not now to the frame. I'm still waiting! I certainly didn't expect such behavior from the children of Essilor Luxottica.
After the previous review I had the replacement of the lenses, I change the rating from a 4-star star
