V	Valentino Viserti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cortese, ma non professionale acquistato occhiali per mia figlia con visita in sede in data 05-01-2020 e spediti a casa (sotto pagamento) in data 12-01-2020, ma ci troviamo con lenti invertite destra con sinistra (gravissimo errore) riportati a Marcianise fatti altri 50 chilometri andata e ritorno, fatto presente il fattaccio e ritirate dal commesso; e dopo 8 GIORNI (troppo lunghi per invertire le lenti) ho dovuto richiamare per l'esito, e mi dicono che oggi partiranno per consegna presso la mia abitazione. Risultato, che mia figlia è stata per 20 giorni senza occhiali e la beffa di essere ritornato presso di loro senza aver avuto una chiamata di scuse da parte loro. Giudizio molto negativo è non tornerò mai più in questo negozio. Fate attenzione. Ho ordinato una montatura che sono andata a ritirare in negozio, con la speranza di impiegarci 10 minuti ma non è stato così.Appena arrivata la commessa ha provato a vendermi delle lenti a contatto, dopodichè mi ha chiesto il perchè non facessi anche la lente da loro e ho risposto che dovevo ancora fare la visita dal mio oculista. Poco dopo è arrivato un altro signore che se non sbaglio si chiama Nicola e mi ha proposto il loro controllo della vista gratuito, volevano vendere degli occhiali a mia madre e ovviamente hanno proposto anche a lei di fare un controllo della vista gratuito, all'ennesimo rifiuto da parte nostra sono andata in cassa per pagare. Alla cassa mi hanno chiesto se volessi acquistare le salviettine igienizzanti per gli occhiali e ho detto no, mi hanno chiesto se volessi acquistare lo spray igienizzante per gli occhiali e ho detto no. Il commesso che prima era tanto amichevole e cordiale è diventato d'un tratto scortese e scocciato (è stato un atteggiamento davvero poco professionale) e ha chiesto alla ragazza di fare cassa. Alla fine quella che doveva essere una cosa veloce è durata mezz'ora, tra mascherina, caldo, insistenza e il chiedere di continuo se volessi comprare questo o quello.
