★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personalmente mi sono sempre trovato bene a spendere da aw lab ma in questa sede ho trovato estremamente scortese e poco qualificato il personale. Chiedo un informazione su come funzionava la raccolta punti ed improvvisamente tutti i dipendenti mi deridevano chissa per quale motivo, due buone risate non fanno male a nessuno, l' avrei presa meno male se avessero fatto ridere anche me, scherzi a parte davvero pessimi in tutto.
personally I have always enjoyed spending at aw lab but here I found the staff extremely rude and unqualified. I ask for information on how the points collection worked and suddenly all the employees laughed at me for some reason, a good laugh does not hurt anyone, I would have taken it less badly if they had made me laugh too, seriously bad jokes in everything .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza PESSIMA...compro un paio di scarpe mercoledì 16 ottobre pomeriggio e causa doppio regalo oggi venerdì 18 ottobre mi reco per il reso...iniziano subito dicendo che il reso non si può fare devo per forza comprare altre cose da loro, allora gli mostro il regolamento da loro esposto su internet, la commessa stizzita si consulta lei ed il collega e Li cominciano a cambiare versione il problema non è più il reso mi dicono le scarpe sono usate non possiamo cambiarle la linguetta e la suola sono usate ( 1 giorno di vita) a che io rispondo scusate ma come le misuravo se mi andavano bene ? Ed il commesso mi risponde eh come la macchina nuova se la compri mica la puoi restituire ! Cose da matti, spero che erano solo semplici commessi e non i titolari perché davvero un trattamento così non l’ho ricevuto neanche al mercato.
PESSIMA experience ... I buy a pair of shoes on Wednesday, October 16 afternoon and due double gift today Friday October 18 I go for the return ... immediately start saying that the return can not be done I have to buy other things from them, then I show them the rules that they set out on the internet, the angry job consults you and your colleague, and they begin to change version the problem is no longer the return they tell me the shoes are used we can't change them the tongue and the sole are used (1 day of life) to which I reply excuse but how did I measure them if they suited me well? And the salesman answers me like a new car if you buy it, you can return it! Crazy things, I hope they were just simple salesmen and not the owners because I really didn't receive such a treatment even at the market.
