Partiamo dal presupposto che si sono perse ben due volte il mio appuntamento e questo diciamo che può capitare. Mi sono trovata di fronte una persona incompetente e che non sapeva assolutamente quello che stava facendo. All'inizio non aveva capito che avessi già il semipermanente ai piedi (messo sempre nel loro salone) e ha provato a toglierlo con l'acetone. Glielo faccio notare e inizia a toglierlo con la lima piuttosto che con la fresa. Chiedo come mai e mi risponde "che le fa così". Le chiedo di non limarmi eccessivamente l'unghia e di utilizzare la fresa perché le mie unghie sono particolarmente sensibili, ma niente. Mi ha non solo limato tantissimo le unghie quasi scavandole, accorciandole anche in maniera oscena, ma mi ha sfregato eccessivamente con la lima tutta la pelle attorno alle unghia, arrossandola di molto. È dovuta intervenire una sua collega per ricostruire e allungare l'unghia. Smalto semipermanente messo in modo osceno. Pedicure inesistente anzi. Attualmente ho dolore ai piedi, alla pianta del piede e delle unghia oscene. Mi dispiace per le altre ragazze che sicuramente sono più competenti, visto che le prime due volte mi sono no trovata bene, ma non ci tornerò più anche perché non mi è stato chiesto neanche scusa anzi .Mai successa una cosa del e genere.
