Due professioniste non sono state in grado di effettuare la cera inguine. La prima, forse alle prime armi, ha affidato il lavoro ad una seconda persona che, ancora più incompetente, non è stata in grado di svolgere il lavoro. Al primo strappo mi ha lasciato un livido. Vergognoso. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. Di pessimo gusto: affinché non lasciassi una pessima recensione sul profilo Dell applicazione l appuntamento è stato cancellato in una secondo momento. Le ragazze non si sono neppure scusate. Oltre che incompetenti anche maleducate.
I booked a half leg and groin wax at this center through Treat well. Very poorly qualified staff. Two professionals were unable to perform the groin wax. The first, perhaps a novice, entrusted the work to a second person who, even more incompetent, was unable to do the job. On the first tear it left me a bruise. Shameful. NOT RECOMMENDED. Bad taste: In order not to leave a bad review on the Dell application profile, the appointment was canceled at a later time. The girls didn't even apologize. In addition to being incompetent, they are also rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella l'atmosfera il personale è attento forse anche troppo. Insistenti nel proporti trattamenti, la loro versione dell'estetica e nello screditare il lavoro fatto da chi li ha preceduti. Tutto ciò ha contribuito al fatto che non sia per nulla riuscita a sentirmi a mio agio e rilassarmi (primo obiettivo di un centro estetico) e per giunta il trattamento non mi ha soddisfatta per niente
Nice atmosphere, the staff is perhaps even too attentive. They insist on offering you treatments, their version of aesthetics and discrediting the work done by those who preceded them. All this contributed to the fact that I was not able to feel at ease and relax at all (first goal of a beauty center) and moreover the treatment did not satisfy me at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto cancellare l'appuntamento causa problemi di salute avuti durante la notte è stata mia premura avvisare alle 8:26 di sabato mattina, l’appuntamento sarebbe stato per le 16:00. Il trattamento è stato considerato effettuato come da regolamento interno, un preavviso minimo di 24 ore, nonostante il motivo di cancellazione è un motivo di salute. Trovo questo regolamento eccessivo, soprattutto durante la pandemia Covid-19.Nonstate ho acquistato vari pacchetti nel centro con questo atteggiamento non penso di ritornare…
I had to cancel the appointment due to health problems I had during the night, it was my concern to notify at 8:26 on Saturday morning, the appointment would have been for 16:00. The treatment was considered carried out as per internal regulations, a minimum notice of 24 hours, although the reason for cancellation is a health reason. I find this regulation excessive, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un'iniziale accoglienza cordiale mi sono resa conto della scarsa qualità del servizio offerto. 45 euro per un semip: un furto a mano armata. E che dite del risultato? Mia figlia avrebbe saputo fare di meglio. Dopo appena 3 giorni il sottile strato di smalto è già a rischio. Mai più !!!
