Really bad experience. A lot of haste to finish the job, edges not cared for at all. The color went dull 2 days later. The semi-permanent lasted literally a week. .I do not recommend it at all, little professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo acquistato un pacchetto Groupon comprendente 3 applicazioni di smalto semipermanente. Il locale è carino, ma Noemi è stata sbrigativa e poco precisa, in tutte e tre le sedute. Ho percepito poca professionalità da parte sua. Un'applicazione dello smalto molto approssimativa, senza curare i bordi dell'unghia. Il colore si opacizzava il giorno dopo.
Non mi sento di consigliare, ce ne sono di migliori allo stesso prezzo.
I had purchased a Groupon package including 3 applications of semi-permanent nail polish. The place is nice, but Noemi was hasty and not very precise, in all three sessions. I perceived little professionalism on his part. A very rough application of the nail polish, without treating the edges of the nail. The color dulled the next day.
I don't feel like recommending, there are better ones for the same price.

L'unghia si è rotta dopo meno di 12 ore, sono pure corte come si vede, però non c'è da stupirsi visto che Noemi ci ha messo solo 40min per rifare il gel. Ho avuto l'impressione che volesse brigarsi perché aveva sbagliato ad organizzare i tempi con me e la prossima cliente. Un'altra cosa che mi ha dato troppo fastidio è che mentre faceva le unghie a me rispondeva al cellulare, a voce molto alta con toni poco professionali. Ho fatto presente dell'unghia rotta e ho ricevuto come unica risposta "mi dispiace, il gel ti ho fatto". Nessun tentativo per rimediare in qualche modo, quindi la mia recensione. Trovo interessante come mi abbia fatto presente di aver perso clienti perché ha aumentato il tariffario (40€ ho pagato) quando ora penso che i motivi siano altri. Non la raccomando.

I find it interesting how he pointed out to me that he lost customers because he increased the rate (€ 40 I paid) when now I think the reasons are other. I don't recommend it.
