Brava la signora a reception I went into this store by chance and bought some clothes and a jacket .... I left the store or took the clothes to the laundry, one of the clothes got faded and I came back to them explaining the fact and I was with some very professional people they made me good and bought me other things. Good lady at the reception

Mi sono recata presso di loro per comprare una giacca e sono uscita con..il secondo abito per il mio matrimonio! Fatto su misura per me...modello già esistente ma non nel color bianco! Le commesse mi hanno proposto di farlo su misura e si sono messe subito all’opera chiedendo l’autorizzazione telefonicamente! Siccome la commessa non era sicura del colore, avevamo paura che fosse beige, si è recata di sua spontanea volontà in un altro Nadine a prendere una stola del colore in questione! Dopo 15 giorni è arrivato il mio bellissimo vestito! Seguiranno foto del mio abito con le damigelle vestite con abito Nadine! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!! 5 stars for the Via Marghera store in Milan! Staff really kind and helpful! I went to them to buy a jacket and went out with ... the second dress for my wedding! Tailor-made for me ... existing model but not in white! The orders proposed me to do it to measure and they immediately got to work asking for authorization by phone! As the shop assistant was not sure of the color, we were afraid she was beige, she went of her own free will to another Nadine to take a stole of the color in question! After 15 days my beautiful dress arrived! Will follow photos of my dress with the bridesmaids dressed with Nadine dress! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!

The saleswoman advised me to contact customer service via WhatsApp and I actually placed the order, paid by credit card and received the item within a couple of weeks. The service was perfect, punctual and managed with the utmost kindness. I'm very satisfied!
