Il problema principale è che più volte ho acquistato del make-up ed è risultato secco e vecchio. Di preciso un eye-liner che appena aperto non ha mai scritto e un mascara.
Come se fossero lì da mesi e mesi, sotto la luce e senza alcun controllo.
Oltretutto, una volta, la cassiera mi ha addebitato in più sullo scontrino una maglietta da 10 euro.
Per carità può capitare, ma come è possibile che mi addebiti una maglietta quando ho acquistato solo trucchi?
Se non avessi controllato lo scontrino avrei perso i soldi.
Un po’ più di attenzione e sarebbe migliore.

The main problem is that I bought make-up several times and it turned out to be dry and old. Precisely an eye-liner that just opened it never wrote and a mascara.
As if they had been there for months and months, under the light and without any control.
Moreover, once, the cashier charged me an extra 10 euro t-shirt on the receipt.
For heaven's sake it can happen, but how is it possible that you charge me for a t-shirt when I only bought make-up?
If I hadn't checked the receipt I would have lost my money.
A little more attention and it would be better.
