M	Morten Kjærsgaard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a suitcase in Milan in July. The day after we had to pack in it and the Zipper sewing, broke completely, so it would not seal. We called the store to have them supply us a new one. We followed up 5 times, without hearing a response, as we had to leave the airport but no help provided on a 600€ suitcase!!!!. We ended up taping it together. When we went to Samsonite in Copenhagen, all that has been offered so far is 4 week repair cycle - no refund, no discount, no nothing.
