The lady who welcomed me is very kind, she followed me along my purchases with patience and professionalism; the shop is what I was looking for, those of the past that then become your reference point, where the garments are of quality and you know that they will last you over the years, things that you find it hard to find today. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio totalmente di andare in questo negozio. Ho preso un capo Parah in saldo (costo scontato 80€). Mi è stato detto che avrei potuto cambiarlo. Subito dopo il negozio ha chiuso per ferie, sono tornata il primo giorno utile (con scontrino) e si sono rifiutati di cambiarlo in quanto ‘prodotto non continuativo’. Nessuna disponibilità a venirmi incontro in qualche modo. Oggi il commercio si fa con un orientamento al cliente diverso... poi non chiediamoci perché i negozi piccoli chiudono a fronte di una Rinascente che restituisce persino i soldi.
I totally advise against going to this shop. I got a Parah item on sale (discounted cost € 80). I was told that I could change it. Immediately after the shop closed for holidays, I returned the first day (with receipt) and they refused to change it as it was a 'non-continuous product'. No willingness to meet me in any way. Today the trade is done with a different customer orientation ... then let's not ask ourselves why small shops close in front of a Rinascente that even returns the money.
