★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato presso una delle loro strutture. Precisamente Suite Stone Luxury. La camera è eccezionale e loro sono molto cordiali e disponibili, io e la mia ragazza siamo arrivati alle 23.30 per problemi durante il tragitto e Melania, la ragazza che si occupava del nostro check in è stata davvero molto gentile e ci ha atteso senza batter Ciglio.
I stayed at one of their properties. Precisely Stone Luxury Suite. The room is exceptional and they are very friendly and helpful, my girlfriend and I arrived at 11.30 pm for problems on the way and Melania, the girl who took care of our check in was really very kind and waited for us without batting an eye .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima gestione .Noi abbiamo chiesto di fare il check in autonomo e abbiamo ricevuto delle indicazioni estremamente precise e l'assistenza necessaria per telefono e whatsapp.Molto ben organizzati,molto professionali e devo dire che anche le strutture che gestiscono sono meravigliose.Ci hanno reso tutto molto semplice e piacevole aggiungendo qualità alla nostra vacanza.
Excellent management. We asked to check in autonomously and we received extremely precise directions and the necessary assistance by phone and whatsapp. Very well organized, very professional and I must say that the facilities they manage are also wonderful. all very simple and pleasant adding quality to our holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this Operator! Transactions and bookings are not done correctly, and if you ask for correction you will hear just silly excuses. Therefore, be careful and make no advance payments! Since only the owner (Mr Petrosillo) gives it a 5/5 review, that already says something!...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! No customer service. Go through a recognised and reputable accommodation operator instead. When trying to confirm the location of the apartment we booked and paid a deposit for in Poligano a Mare, we noticed it was delisted from their website. We hadn't received a notification / warning or explanation. No contact from myhouseinpuglia at all. After several emails and calls we finally got through to the office a week after first trying to make contact. We were then told by them they have another place in Monopoli (another town!) or they could offer us a refund. The booking was in July, 3 weeks from now and there is no accommodation that suits our needs and price range in Polignano a Mare so a refund of the deposit is of little help. This was booked months ago. We are so disappointed! We're coming from Australia and Puglia was to be a highlight of our trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a reservation at Villa Hanna. Beautiful place (outside) with a huge pool !
But on the other hand, inside was old, with a few accessories (not even a coffee machine, for Italia this is a crime...)
The cleaning before coming was not that good (spider webs in the closets ...)
When we asked the agency for at least a coffee machine, we had a positive answer but no one came ... same for returning the keys :we waited until we called the manager who told us to let it in the mail box ...
All in all, a beautiful place, but you have to live outside and do not need anything from the agency (service not in alignment with the price we paid)
