E quando si è certi di aver trovato la propria dimensione, è svelato un segreto al proprio ospite: l’esistenza di un angolo magico, intimo, tra i vicoli bianchi della città. Il locale, dunque, dispone di due ambienti all’aperto: il primo, più mondano, posto al centro del via vai turistico e cittadino, il secondo, più riservato, dislocato a pochi metri di distanza, nella romantica atmosfera di confidenze sussurrate. Il proprietario e tutto lo staff impeccabili, nutriti di professionalità quanto di gentilezza, premurosi e sorridenti, sinceramente interessati a curare, nei dettagli, il passaggio di Chi vorrà loro concedere l’occasione di un incontro. The sunset over the sea is outlined at a given time, between the Fortress of Charles V and the Arch that leads to the pier of the port, where the places of Vinicolo Raw Food have a privileged view; indescribable shades radiate, mixed with the feeling of never wanting to leave. And when you are sure you have found your dimension, a secret is revealed to your guest: the existence of a magical, intimate corner among the white alleys of the city. The restaurant, therefore, has two open spaces: the first, more mundane, located in the center of the tourist and city bustle, the second, more reserved, located a few meters away, in the romantic atmosphere of whispered confidences. The owner and all the staff are impeccable, nourished by professionalism as well as kindness, caring and smiling, sincerely interested in taking care, in detail, of the passage of those who want to grant them the opportunity of a meeting. Siamo rimasti molto attratti dalla simpatia dei gestori del Vinicolo molto simpatici e cordiali nel suggerire le migliori tipologie , tra cui raw food, una grande novità nel posto più romantico del centro storico di Monopoli. Unique and fascinating location, to which it contains refinement and attention to detail. We were very attracted by the sympathy of the Vinicolo managers who were very friendly and cordial in suggesting the best types, including raw food, a great novelty in the most romantic place in the historic center of Monopoli.

Super consigliato!! Fantastic experience Welcomed by the friendliness and professionalism of the landlord Nico, we spent a wonderful evening at the foot of the Carlo V Castle, in the historic center of Monopoli, enjoying the freshest raw fish, superlative tartare and divine grilled octopus. Super recommended !!

Peccato per i pochi posti a sedere ma è una certezza per l'attenzione alla clientela da parte del personale. Ringrazio Piero per la sua gentilezza. Very nice and cozy place. Excellent cuisine that collects local dishes revisited in a delicious way. Too bad for the few seats but it is a certainty for the attention to customers by the staff. I thank Piero for his kindness.
