★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato nella giornata di ieri una polipo di ceramica, tutto molto bello, fino a quando non arriviamo a casa e ci rendiamo conto che il prodotto era rotto e riparato con molta cura.
Ovviamente non ci è stato comunicato nulla ed è stato venuto a prezzo pieno.
Nello specifico era rotto un tentacolo che è stato incollato e smaltato con molta cura, c’è ne siamo resi conto girando il prodotto dalla parte non colorata e si notava una netta crepa.
Agli acquirenti, prima di comprare qualsiasi prodotto controllate che sia integro.
Al proprietario, più onestà.
Yesterday we bought a ceramic octopus, all very nice, until we get home and we realize that the product was broken and repaired with great care.
Obviously there was not communicated anything and it was came at full price.
Specifically, a tentacle that was glued and glazed with great care was broken, we realized this by turning the product on the non-colored part and we noticed a sharp crack.
With the purchase, before you buy any product make sure it's intact.
To the owner, more honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo depositato due bagagli all'interno del negozio. Un po' piccolino il negozio e con le valige abbiamo avuto un po' l'ansia di rompere tutto, visto che vendono tante cose carine ma delicate.
Sono rimasta un po' spiazzata che al ritiro non ci abbiano chiesto un documento con il nominativo lasciato (essendo che la persona a cui le abbiamo lasciate non coincideva con colei che ce le ha restituite) , le valigie potevano essere consegnate a chiunque, ma fortunatamente è andato tutto bene!
We stored two bags inside the shop. The shop was a bit small and with the suitcases we had the anxiety to break everything, since they sell so many nice but delicate things.
I was a little surprised that at the withdrawal they did not ask us for a document with the name left (since the person to whom we left them did not coincide with the one who returned them to us), the suitcases could be delivered to anyone, but fortunately everything went fine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of plastic sandals here. After just 20mn at the beach, all the glue came off, even what was holding my foot in the shoes, so I couldn’t even walk... and I paid 15euros!!! They were pink and glitttery and cute, but still that’s a lot to pay for just 15 minutes! What a scam!!
When I went back to the shop, the seller finally agreed to an exchange but they didn’t have another pair. So I had to find something else, but there wasn’t anything else I wanted. I was forced to take a bunch of boxes of pasta, that wouldn’t even fit in my bag for Ryanair, but he didn’t care. He said: take a bottle of wine and you can drink it here !!
So I gave up and took the pasta but i didn’t even want it. Come on! I’m really upset about this shop :/
