★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco disponibile ad aiutare il turista a trovare un alloggio, disfattista e anziché magnificare il luogo propongono di alloggiare in paesini limitrofi interni affermando molto sbrigativamente che è tutto esaurito....invece ho avuto modo di constatare con il fai da te che Monopoli è piena zeppa di B&B e disponibili.

Eccellente attenzione al turista da parte di tutto lo staff che ha saputo ascoltare e accontentare le nostre richieste. Abbiamo partecipato a ben 2 TOUR GUIDATI GRATUITI organizzati nel territorio. Il primo sotto la guida preparatissima di Cristina che ci ha accompagnati alla scoperta della città di Monopoli, 2 ore di passeggiata culturale tra i vicoli del centro storico terminata con un'ottima degustazione di cibo e vini locali. Competenza, minuziosità ma soprattutto passione hanno reso la visita ancora più bella. Il secondo tour si è svolto con la piacevole compagnia di Martino tra le bellissime campagne circostanti. Qui poche parole e tanta ammirazione per la meravigliosa natura dell'entroterra, tra masseria storica, chiesa rupestre e ulivi secolari. Che dire, grazie di tutto a questi ragazzi che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole!! CONSIGLIATISSIMI!!!!!

Excellent attention to tourists by all the staff who knew how to listen and satisfy our requests. We took part in 2 FREE GUIDED TOURS organized in the area. The first under the highly trained guide of Cristina who accompanied us to discover the city of Monopoli, a 2-hour cultural walk through the alleys of the historic center ended with an excellent tasting of local food and wines. Expertise, thoroughness but above all passion made the visit even more beautiful. The second tour took place with the pleasant company of Martino in the beautiful surrounding countryside. Here a few words and a lot of admiration for the wonderful nature of the hinterland, between historic farm, rock church and ancient olive trees. What can I say, thanks for everything to these guys who made our stay even more enjoyable !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unhelpful! For a tourist office, they barely speak any conversational English. Asked if they could print a boarding pass, first said yes then ignored me. They dont have to and they just had to say we dont provide this service. They then tried to send me to a library after making me wait. Waste of time.
