Pur non essendo un grande frequentatore di palestre, qui ci sono riuscito.
Inoltre ho trovato una palestra ordinata e senza il classico "odore"; gli spogliatoi molto puliti; il personale molto preparato e professionale; un ambiente gioviale, sereno.
I needed to lose a few pounds and tone my muscles.
Although I'm not a big gym goer, I did it here.
Also I found a gym neat and without the classic "smell"; the very clean changing rooms; the highly trained and professional staff; a jovial, peaceful environment.

Da oltre un'anno frequento regolarmente la "My Center" e devo dire in tutta onestà che ho trovato tutto ciò che mi serviva.
E' sopratutto la competenza e la conoscenza del Personal Trainer presente in struttura che fa la differenza ripsetto ad altri centri.
Rivolta sia per chi ama il puro "bodybuilding", sia per chi ha bisogno di fare del semplice movimento per rimettersi in forma, oppure di chi ha bisogno di un preparatore atletico attento, molto preparato e chiaro nelle nozioni!
Tutto questo in un ambiente sano, cordiale e familiare.

Professionalism - Competence - Cleaning
For more than a year I have been attending "My Center" regularly and I must honestly say that I found everything I needed.
It is above all the competence and knowledge of the Personal Trainer present in the structure that makes the difference compared to other centers.
Aimed both for those who love pure "bodybuilding", and for those who need to make a simple movement to get back in shape, or for those who need a careful athletic trainer, very prepared and clear in their notions!
All this in a healthy, friendly and familiar environment.
Highly recommended at 360 °

Serietà professionale unita a studio continuo e aggiornamento, simpatia e accoglienza, pulizia e ambienti curati, ottime attrezzature, disponibilità e ambiente amichevole. Consiglio di provare a parlare con Roberto se aveste un'idea di cominciare a fare attività fisica: vi saprà coinvolgere in un percorso adatto a ognuno e che darà soddisfazione. Riccardo
I'm sorry I didn't meet this gym before with Roberto and Sara to manage it. Professional seriousness combined with continuous study and updating, sympathy and hospitality, cleanliness and well-kept environments, excellent equipment, availability and friendly environment. I recommend trying to talk to Roberto if you had an idea to start doing physical activity: he will be able to involve you in a path suitable for everyone and that will give satisfaction. Riccardo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It says that it closes today, Sunday, at 20:00. When I went to see about a day pass I was told it was closing an hour which was at 12:00pm. Looked liked a nice place to get a wuick work out when you are away on vacation, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pay €63 to workout everyday for one month. I get told they are open everyday. I go in on Saturday and Sunday and I get told they’re closed. I don’t like paying to go to the gym everyday to not be able to go in everyday. Other then that it’s a nice gym.
