Premesso che sono loro cliente da qualche anno, ho avuto modo di constatare la loro disponibilità, prima nel sopportare le mie insistenti telefonate e poi nel risolvere una situazione che mi ha permesso di partecipare ad una manifestazione sportiva, che non era questione di vita o di morte o comunque pertinente alla mia salute immediata, a cui tenevo particolarmente. Grazie di nuovo alle segretarie ed in particolare ad Anna che ha fatto in modo che io avessi in tempo utile il certificato in ballo, consiglio vivamente a tutti. L	Letizia Amadi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspetto positivo: ho telefonato venerdì pomeriggio per prenotare un tampone rapido per mia figlia ed ho avuto appuntamento subito per sabato mattina alle ore 9:55. Aspetti negativi: arriviamo 5 minuti prima e la segretaria ci dice di metterci in coda lungo il marciapiede dove sostano circa 5/6 persone in attesa. Alle 10 ancora nessuno si fa vivo. Alla mia domanda: "Come mai bisogna aspettare e perché c'è ritardo?" la segretaria risponde che l'infermiera è in ritardo con i prelievi. Faccio presente che abbiamo un orario preciso e chi si presenta per fare un tampone non può stare ad aspettare sulla strada. Inoltre le dico che mia figlia non sta bene. Allora fa aprire la porta adiacente e praticamente all'ingresso della stanza viene effettuato il tampone rapido. Tutto in 2-3 secondi. Osservazioni: se l' utenza deve stare ad aspettare sulla strada o vengono presi troppi appuntamenti o il personale non basta per svolgere tuti gli esami. L'infermiera dei prelievi deve fare anche i tamponi rapidi? Il centro privato richiede pagamento anticipato! 40 euro per tampone rapido (35 pagamento online ) con attesa lungo il marciapiede e consegna del risultato dopo alcune ore. Ho scritto venerdì 27/08 per richiedere tempi d'attesa e costi per un professionista che collabora con loro. Mi hanno risposto. Ho confermato la sera stessa sempre via email chiedendo conferma di giorno e ora dell'appuntamento. Alle 18.00 di lunedì 30/08, ovvero oggi, dopo averli sollecitati via mail e aver provato a chiamarli almeno 4/5 volte (le loro linee telefoniche sono sempre congestionate e invitano a richiamare) ancora non so se dopodomani mi hanno fissato la visita o meno. Ed io vengo da Parma, dovrei anche organizzarmi... Come biglietto da visita non c'è male. In reality, we cannot speak of a real experience. Ho fatto un tampone COVID dove sono risultata LIEVEMENTE POSITIVA mi hanno subito segnalata alla ASL, dato che la cosa non mi suonava bene ho fatto altri accertamenti è stato palesemente un tampone sbagliato, per colpa loro ho dovuto fare la quarantena e farla fare alla mia famiglia e non sappiamo nemmeno potuto partire per la vacanza! Ho saputo che ci sono state altre persone che hanno fatto il tampone alla ASL e sono risultate negative per altri motivi sono andate subito dopo a farlo al CMD e sono risultate positive Terrible !!!! I did a COVID swab where I was SLIGHTLY POSITIVE they immediately reported me to the ASL, since it didn't sound good to me I did other tests it was clearly a wrong swab, because of them I had to quarantine and have my family do it and we don't even know we could leave for the holiday! I learned that there were other people who swabbed the ASL and tested negative for other reasons, they immediately went to the CMD to do it and tested positive

Quando si o arrivato mi è stato detto che non è vero e che il servizio è aperto sino alle 9:30. Hanno negato anche quanto scritto sul loro sito Bad. Mi dicono che si è rotto il macchInario e mi rimandano di giorno in giorno! Vergogna! I soldi però li hanno presi subito... Absolutely bad experience!
