Dopo averla provata cambierai modo di vedere e pensare una palestra e tornerai con voglia anche a distanza di tempo, lho provato e garantisco. Trasparenza, professionalità e simpatia difficile trovarle tutte insieme ma qui è possibile. Warm, competent and friendly staff, don't be fooled by the size of the gym, there is everything you need to change mind and body, in a context of friendship and work. After trying it you will change your way of seeing and thinking about a gym and you will come back with desire even after some time, I have tried it and I guarantee. Transparency, professionalism and sympathy difficult to find all together but here it is possible.

Luca mette tutta la sua passione nell’insegnamento e nel seguire i suoi clienti; il corso di ginnastica funzionale e’ sempre vario negli esercizi, mai banale e veramente efficace, affiancato anche da corsi di gag e aereoboxe (seguiti dalla moglie Sara)…..e se volete avvicinarvi all’arte della boxe, questa è la palestra giusta. La flessibilità delle prenotazioni via app e’ veramente un plus. Consigliatissima. Professionalism, competence and availability, all within a friendly and familiar context. Luca puts all his passion into teaching and following his clients; the functional gymnastics course is always varied in the exercises, never banal and truly effective, also accompanied by gag and aeropoxe courses (followed by his wife Sara) ... .. and if you want to get closer to the art of boxing, this is the right gym . The flexibility of bookings via the app is truly a plus. Highly recommended.
