Il problema si è riscontrato con il personale, in particolar modo con una Sig.ra M, che non da subito non voleva presentarsi con il proprio nome. Dopo l'acquisto degli stivali " ARA" mi resi conto a casa che la finitura del materiale sulla tomaia non era conforme.Feci subito le foto. 2 giorni dopo riporto gli stivali nel negozio per chiedere il cambio della calzatura. Sig.ra M mi accusò di aver grattato DI PROPOSITO la scarpa. La commessa si è mostrata del tutto non professionale, e sgarbata nei miei confronti. Alla fine le scarpe sono state sostituite da un altro modello e marca ad un prezzo maggiore che ho dovuto aggiungere. Molto insoddisfatta del servizio clienti e del mio acquisto. Ho le scarpe , ma non quelle desiderate. The shop has the reputation of having comfortable and beautiful footwear BUT I DO NOT GO BACK AGAIN, even if I go there every day. The problem was encountered with the staff, especially with a Ms. M, who did not immediately want to present her name. After the purchase of the "ARA" boots, I realized at home that the finishing of the material on the upper was not compliant. I immediately took the photos. 2 days later I bring the boots back to the shop to ask for a change of the shoe. Ms accused me of scratching the shoe PURPOSE. The saleswoman was completely unprofessional, and rude to me. Eventually the shoes were replaced by another model and brand at a higher price than I had to add. Very dissatisfied with customer service and my purchase. I have the shoes, but not the ones you want.

L	Lofteventifeste Compleannoparty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima e scelta e venditori attenti e competenti. Ti danno una spiegazione iniziale ma poi ti lasciano tranquillo a guardare e scegliere. Buoni I marchi disponibili, la cosa piu’ interessante a mio parere e’ l’ampia selezione di scarpe ‘made in italy ad un prezzo OK Excellent and choice and attentive and competent salesmen. They give you an initial explanation but then leave you alone to look and choose. Good Brands available, the most interesting thing in my opinion is the wide selection of "made in Italy" shoes at an OK price
