Abitando noi molto distanti dal produttore, abbiamo proceduto all'acquisto per corrispondenza, senza né vedere né provare i divani prima: ciò è stato possibile grazie alla grande disponibilità di Marta (impiegata presso la Mussi), la quale ci ha seguiti passo-passo, inviandoci più volte campioni di tessuto e fornendoci tutti i chiarimenti di cui avevamo bisogno. Il nostro giudizio è dunque più che positivo e ci sentiamo di consigliare questo marchio. Giulia e Stefano We purchased two Mussi sofas (Acanto model) for our home: the sofas are really beautiful, with a simple and clean line; comfort is also optimal and they also have the undeniable advantage of being very spacious despite their small size. Living far away from the producer, we proceeded to purchase by mail, without seeing or trying the sofas before: this was possible thanks to the great availability of Marta (employed by Mussi), who followed us step by step, sending us fabric samples several times and giving us all the clarifications we needed. Our judgment is therefore more than positive and we feel we can recommend this brand. Giulia and Stefano

I contacted MUSSI directly and asked, if I could order them? Customer Care /Signora MARTA replied within 30 minutes. I sent to MUSSI the details of my sofas (I still had my buying receipt from 25 years ago) and after 5 days the new cushions were ready to be delivered. Beautiful and thoughtful design, materials of the highest quality, outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail, make for products that always get us excited for their uniqueness, and over time turn out to be great investments. As a customer for many years, I am still surprised how working with Mussi and their team on projects, big or small, can again and again be such a pleasant experience. Highly, highly recommended!
