Esperienza allucinante. Ho comprato 20000 euro di cucina e armadio. L'anta del frigo (pezzo unico) è stata sostituita 3 volte. Le prime due: la prima con difetto di verniciatura, la seconda non hanno fornito la ferramenta corretta (viti troppo lunghe per agganciare il pannello e non hanno fornito la punta di trapano corretta per fare i fori). Non hanno fornito la dima per un piano snack e sono arrivati al punto di negare di fornirla sulle nuove cucine modello "Vela" (salvo poi fornirla in una che doveva essere esposta in negozio). Ante di armadio laccate male (3 volte) e protette male (sono arrivate rotte negli angoli). Dopo 7 mesi dalla collocazione ancora aspetto i pezzi corretti. I prodotti NON valgono assolutamente il prezzo pagato. Un consiglio: spendete i vostri soldi altrove. Esistono altri mobilieri che fanno prodotti migliori ad un costo inferiore ...
Hallucinatory experience. I bought 20,000 euros for the kitchen and cupboard. The fridge door (single piece) has been replaced 3 times. The first two: the first with a painting defect, the second did not provide the correct hardware (screws too long to hook the panel and did not provide the correct drill bit to make the holes). They did not supply the template for a snack counter and went so far as to deny supplying it on the new "Vela" model kitchens (only to supply it in one that was to be displayed in the shop). Wardrobe doors poorly lacquered (3 times) and poorly protected (broken in the corners). After 7 months from placement, I still wait for the correct pieces. The products are absolutely NOT worth the price paid. A word of advice: spend your money elsewhere. There are other furniture makers who make better products at a lower cost ...

Esperienza assolutamente negativa i mobili non valgono il prezzo pagato. Continui problemi sulle ferramenta. Divano pagato 5000 euro e rivestimento distrutto dopo 3 anni. Unica risposta ottenuta è che la garanzia è di 2 anni. Sconsiglio e personalmente non comprerò mai più Molteni.......... ...................... ho contatto oltre un mese il servizio clienti come da loro indicazione peccato che nessuna risponde, nessuno fornisce informazioni, nessun rispetto per il cliente. .... confermo la mia valutazione assolutamente negativa.
Absolutely negative experience the furniture is not worth the price paid. Ongoing hardware problems. Sofa paid 5,000 euros and cover destroyed after 3 years. Only answer obtained is that the warranty is 2 years. I do not recommend and personally I will never buy Molteni again .......... ...................... I contact customer service for over a month as per their indication that no one answers, no one provides information, no respect for the customer. .... I confirm my absolutely negative assessment.

Devo purtroppo recensire questa azienda molto negativamente (ed è una cosa che non mi piace affatto fare…) Ho ordinato un tavolo della loro collezione Filigree con top in vetro opaco circa 2 anni fa. Al momento della consegna ho contestato immediatamente il tavolo (purtroppo già pagato) perché il top era pieno di macchie che era impossibile togliere. La Molteni è stata praticamente inesistente (non si sono mai neanche degnati di rispondere alle mie mail al customer care) ho dovuto fare decine di chiamate al rivenditore ed al rappresentante ed alla fine ho dovuto incaricare il mio legale che ha scritto diverse Pec. Alla fine, dopo circa un anno e mezzo, dopo vari rinvii ( perché i vari tavoli che avrebbero dovuto mandarmi in sostituzione non avevano superato il controllo qualità )… finalmente è arrivata la sostituzione che preferisco non commentare perché sarei offensivo… Pubblico le foto del tavolo sostitutivo che ovviamente ho rifiutato… Da allora nonostante abbia nuovamente scritto al Customer Care sono di nuovo spariti. Moltissimo fumo è veramente niente arrosto!???
Unfortunately I have to review this company very negatively (and it's something I don't like doing at all ...) I ordered a table from their Filigree collection with an opaque glass top about 2 years ago. Upon delivery I immediately challenged the table (unfortunately already paid for) because the top was full of stains that it was impossible to remove. Molteni was practically non-existent (they never even deigned to answer my emails to customer care) I had to make dozens of calls to the dealer and the representative and in the end I had to hire my lawyer who wrote several Pecs. In the end, after about a year and a half, after several postponements (because the various tables that should have been sent to replace me had not passed the quality control) ... finally the replacement has arrived that I prefer not to comment on because I would be offensive ... I publish the photos of the replacement table which I obviously refused ... Since then, despite having written to Customer Care again, they have disappeared again. A lot of smoke is really no roast! ???

日本のディストリビューター、アルフレックス さんのご案内で工場見学をさせていただきました。モルテーニ の収納は開閉するだけで高揚します。そのオリジナル金具の展示が見れて嬉しかったです。後日収納家具特集の記事を書くのに、この時の経験がとてもためになりました。写真はショールームのみ、工場の様子は企業秘密かもしれないので。 本社にこれだけ素晴らしいショールームを備えていることや、工場で出た廃棄物をきちんと有効利用する取り組み、工場のラインの機能美すべてがモルテーニ 品質。工場で働く人の「モルテーニコート」がかわいい!!!ソファの最終チェックをしている人は一人だということ、つまりその人がモルテーニ 品質を決めているという裏話も、グッときました。 日本では、表参道の根津美術館近くに美しいショールームがあります。

Please never buy any products of Molteni & c. As you can see the couch is just three months old and looks like a cheap saggy sofa, after only three month. Compare to the price this should not be the standard of an international focused company. It was very sad to be informed that their is no complained management at all. There was no intention to solve the quality issue. Just sad…
