★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cette compagnie a un service desastreux. Nous avons passé commande il y a plusieurs mois et nous n’avons toujours pas recu les items commandés! Personne ne nous a tenu au courant des delais et aucune compensation ou dedomagement n’a ete offert. Le personnel ne parle qu’italien et repond une fois sur 10 à vos appels ou mails. Par contre, ils sont rapides sur la facturation...j’ai du me battre des mois pour obtenir un remboursement. Ce sont des voleurs et arnaqueurs! Ne passez jamais de commande avec eux, vous allez le regretter!!
 This company has a terrible service. We ordered several months ago and still have not received the items ordered! No one kept us informed of the deadlines and no compensation or indemnity was offered. The staff speak only Italian and answer your calls or emails once in 10. They're quick on billing though ... I had to fight for months to get a refund. They are thieves and con artists! Never place an order with them, you will regret it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very bad experience with this Company. The service is really bad and nobody seems to care. The shipment was 5 months late and the manager was not helpful at all! They take your money and if there is something wrong, it’s your problem! Do not pass any command with them, this company is a scam !

I had couple of furniture orders and everything arrived as expected, on time, and as ordered to Croatia. I also liked proposals which were of high quality and according to the style. All communication was only through e-mail and this worked very well. Highly recommend!

They took care of all the formalities for the import and delivery, which was even sooner than the original forecast. They have an impressive selection of products from both well-known and lesser-known brands with competitive pricing, and they were able to accommodate custom requests with the manufacturer. I will enjoy the furniture for a long time and always have a positive memory.
