 I bought a wonderful Ernesto Meda kitchen. Excellent quality-price relation. The owners are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. The assemblers very good, fast and precise. I highly recommend Erreci to anyone looking for courtesy, seriousness, professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meno male che anche nei piccoli paesi esistono delle eccellenze. Proprio sabato, su consiglio di amici ci siamo recati presso la Erreci per iniziare a pensare alla nostra casa! Non ci aspettavamo di trovare un posto così qualificato, ricco di ambientazioni, tanto da riuscire già ad immaginare la nostra casa. Chissa cosa ci prepareranno per il prossimo incontro,!
Luckily, even in small countries there are excellences. Just Saturday, on the advice of friends, we went to Erreci to start thinking about our home! We did not expect to find such a qualified place, full of settings, enough to be able now to imagine our home. Who knows what will prepare us for the next meeting ,!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver avuto due preventivi di cucina presso altri centri (Arredo3 e Arclinea) volevamo un preventivo ulteriore, e avendo già fatto con Erreci altre due cucine (dieci anni fa) ci siamo rivolti a loro. Al telefono Monica non è stata per nulla gentile, giudicando il progetto non realizzabile a suo parere per una parte di pensili sospesi tra due colonne (con gli altri centri era stato studiato un sistema ad hoc, nulla di esagerato ma senz’altro diverso da un progetto standard). La telefonata si era conclusa chiedendo di inviarle i progetti e che avrebbe fatto sapere. Dopo due email inviate e mesi di attesa non abbiamo ricevuto ne una mail ne una telefonata. Abbiamo allora chiamato e tale Monica ha detto che aveva già detto che il progetto non era realizzabile. All luce di quanto descritto possiamo dire che con tale consulente l’esperienza è stata totalmente negativa, sia per il modo di fare poco gentile e arrogante sia per la mancanza di feed back sia mail sia telefono. Seguire un cliente e cercare di capirne le esigenze è tutta un’altra cosa. Molto male.
E in risposta alla risposta del venditore, chi chiede solo un preventivo per una cucina data l’ingente cifra? Gli altri venditori sono stati corretti e hanno risposto, contrariamente a voi. La vostra risposta è senza senso. Cordiali saluti
After having had two kitchen quotes at other centers (Arredo3 and Arclinea) we wanted a further quote, and having already done two other kitchens with Erreci (ten years ago) we turned to them. On the phone Monica was not at all kind, considering the project not feasible in her opinion for a part of wall units suspended between two columns (with the other centers an ad hoc system had been studied, nothing exaggerated but certainly different from a standard project). The phone call had ended asking to send her the plans and that she would let them know. After two emails sent and months of waiting, we didn't receive an email or a phone call. We then called and Monica said that she had already said that the project was not feasible. In light of what has been described, we can say that with this consultant the experience was totally negative, both for the unkind and arrogant way of doing things and for the lack of feed back both by mail and by telephone. Following a customer and trying to understand their needs is another matter entirely. Very bad.
And in response to the seller's response, who just asks for a quote for a kitchen given the huge amount? The other sellers were correct and responded, contrary to you. Your answer is nonsense. Yours sincerely

Gli spazi sono molto ampi e ben organizzati dando modo di apprezzare e osservare il potenziale dei diversi ambienti in modo molto accurato e veritiero. Consigliato!
Great show room, I was expecting a nice shop ... but this place far exceeded my expectations!
The spaces are very large and well organized, giving the opportunity to appreciate and observe the potential of the different environments in a very accurate and truthful way. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo negozio per la prima volta con mia mamma la scorsa settimana.
Appena metto piede all’interno, vengo giustamente invitata a igienizzare le mani e a mostrare il mio green pass (????????).
Domando come mai, dal momento che non era in vigore nessun obbligo nei negozi ne di green pass stardard ne rafforzato ecc ecc ed in modo assolutamente sgarbato mi viene risposto che nel loro negozio e’ stato reso obbligatorio esibire il green pass ormai da svariati mesi (quindi pure illegalmente) e senza quello mi era assolutamente vietato entrare.
Ora…..mi viene da ridere….un mercoledì pomeriggio…con un negozio vuoto….
Mi sarebbe piaciuto quantomeno spiegare alla Signora che non sono vaccinata in quanto ho una patologia che prevede esenzione (di cui ovviamente ero in possesso quel giorno) ma e’ stata così spocchiosa che non volevo comprare più nulla.
Arrivederci a mai più Erreci.
I went to this shop for the first time with my mom last week.
As soon as I set foot inside, I am rightly invited to sanitize my hands and show my green pass (????????).
I ask why, since there was no obligation in the shops or green pass stardard or strengthened etc. etc. and in an absolutely rude way I am told that in their shop it has been made compulsory to show the green pass for several months now ( therefore also illegally) and without that I was absolutely forbidden to enter.
Now… ..it makes me laugh… .on a Wednesday afternoon… with an empty shop….
I would have liked at least to explain to the lady that I am not vaccinated as I have a disease that provides for an exemption (which I obviously had that day) but she was so snooty that I didn't want to buy anything anymore.

Ci si è aperto un mondo di idee!!!! Personale molto accogliente e soprattutto molto professionale e preparato.In attesa di vedere il progetto…. Sicuramente consigliato!!!!!!!
Looking at their website and by hearsay, on Saturday with my boyfriend we went to Erreci to start browsing the kitchens and furniture for the room. A world of ideas has opened up !!!! Staff very welcoming and above all very professional and prepared. Waiting to see the project…. Definitely recommended !!!!!!!
