★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel museo con una musealizzazione da wunderkammer ottocentesca. Ampissima e molto bella la sezione dedicata all'oceania e al sud est asiatico e una bella carata sulle culture di tutto il mondo, con un'illustrissima assenza:il Nepal. C'è da dire che la sezione riguardante il subcontinente indiano è piuttosto povera, così come i reperti dell'area sino-mongola. La parte africana potrebbe essere più interessante, ma si batte bene comunque. Un must per tutti gli amanti dell'antropologia e dell'etnologia (come me)
 Nice museum with a nineteenth-century wunderkammer museum. The section dedicated to Oceania and Southeast Asia is very large and very beautiful, and a beautiful touch on cultures from all over the world, with a very illustrious absence: Nepal. It must be said that the section concerning the Indian subcontinent is rather poor, as are the finds from the Sino-Mongolian area. The African side might be more interesting, but it still fights well. A must for all lovers of anthropology and ethnology (like me)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un museo da visitare assolutamente. Molto ben fatto, le esposizioni sono curate e ben presentate. La visita può durare anche da un minimo di un'ora a molto più tempo. Viene proiettato un video molto interessante e in alcune sale ci sono filmati da vedere. Consiglio vivamente la visita.
A must visit museum. Very well done, the exhibits are curated and well presented. The visit can last from a minimum of an hour to much longer. A very interesting video is shown and in some rooms there are films to see. I highly recommend the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing museum. The displays are very old fashioned which can be charming but the material in poorly explained and unchanged for decades. The small exhibit dedicated to the great Galileo Chini was very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great exhibits gathered by explorers from around the world. Unfortunately not all items on display had explanations in English. Above most of the showcases were the names of the regions from which the items originated so that helped me understand what cultures they represented.
The gift shop is where you buy tickets and the self-guided tour begins. Then you walk across into the next building, climb a flight of stairs to the the rest of the exhibits.
