Che ho tenuto io mi attivita' fino. al 1971 x chi viene a Cerchiara fa bene visitarlo. Ci sono tre mulini uno x il grano un altro xgli anmali e uno piu' piccolo. xmacinare i peperoni secchi lavoravano con motori elettrici dal 1952 mentre prima andavano con un motore diesel mi dispiace che quando arrivano persone a visitare il museo non ci sono persone preparate a spiegare bene il funzionamento dei molini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel museo del pane di Cerchiara si possono rivedere vecchi macchinari per macinare e lavorare il grano. È molto piccolo e si trova nel centro storico del paese. Caratteristica è la via che porta al museo con lastre su cui sono incise frasi celebri sul pane. La visita era inclusa nel biglietto acquistato per l'ingresso alla grotta delle Ninfe.
In the Cerchiara bread museum you can see old machinery for grinding and processing wheat. It is very small and is located in the historic center of the town. Characteristic is the road that leads to the museum with plates on which famous phrases are engraved on the bread. The visit was included in the ticket purchased for the entrance to the cave of the Nymphs.
