L'ambiente è tranquillo e alla mano, non c'è ansia da prestazione o atteggiamenti competitivi, è un luogo dove ci si diverte in compagnia facendo molte discipline diverse! Bravi avanti così! Seguo da qualche mese il corso di pole e quello di tessuti aerei. Entrambi gli insegnanti sanno trasmettere la passione per la disciplina che insegnano, adattano le lezioni ai diversi livelli, perché gruppi sono misti, non divisi tra base e avanzati, e questo aiuta anche a scambiare esperienze con chi pratica da più tempo. Tessuti in particolare è veramente tosto: ti mette davanti a tutti i tuoi limiti, fisici e mentali, ma superarli passo dopo passo dà una grande soddisfazione! È il posto perfetto dove poter lavorare bene sullo sport prendendo tempo per te stessa! Mi trovo bene perché non c’è competizione fra nessuno, solo voglia di imparare a migliorare e spirito di condivisione per la stessa passione . Staff and teachers are great, kind and professional!
