Le classi sono organizzate bene(non c'è necessità di prenotazione, classi anche da 30/35 persone gestite al meglio)
Crossfit top box, very large and spacious. The equipment is all branded Rogue, the coaches are very prepared, available and friendly. Ability to organize personal with coaches. Classes are well organized (there is no need for reservations, classes even for 30/35 people managed at best)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really good high quality Box! This box is kitted out excellently with all Rouge kit, ski ergs, Air bikes, etc.
Best of all the coaching is first class, and everyone is welcoming, even managed to go through the workout in English for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My very Unbiased opinion. . .I did not feel the sense of professionalism or community in this gym. I did not meet a single person. Bottom line up front...I was not impressed by the atmosphere or staff.
Instead of welcome, it was...you can workout on your own in this open space here. $20Euros.
Instead of introducing themselves or each other, it was....will you be a returning member? Will you be here next weekend?
It took me an hour to drive here. If I wanted to workout on my own I could have just used government facilities or my home gym.
I have visited over a 100 gyms now around the world, mainly the US. This was bottom 5 when it came to professionalism and community. The equipment is very good though.
