Ho avuto un'esperienza orrenda con loro quando la mia macchina ha cominciato a dare problemi in autostrada e sono stato costretto a lasciargliela. Non sono stati capaci di risolvere il problema, non sono mai riuscito a parlare con il meccanico (parlavo solo col personale assistente che non capiva nulla di meccanica) , hanno cominciato a fare manutenzioni varie x sfilarmi altri soldi. Morale della favola sono dovuto ritornare a prendermi la macchina con carro attrezzi e portarla al mio meccanico di fiducia che l ha sistemata in due ore. Nonostante tutto hanno preteso 150 €. L’ignoranza del titolare è pari solo alla sua arroganza, la #europassistance dovrebbe essere più attenta su chi sceglie per affidare i propri servizi. Esperienza da dimenticare, purtroppo una stella la devo dare perché zero non si può. Cercheranno guasti su pezzi che non sono montati sulla vostra auto e vi chiederanno anche dei soldi. Il giorno dopo mi comunicano che il motore è da buttare. Non poteva essere così, dunque sono andato a ritirare l'auto con un altro carroattrezzi e una volta portata presso la mia officina di fiducia è stato diagnosticato un problema alla distribuzione perfettamente risolvibile con la sostituzione della stessa. Per fare la diagnosi tarocca si sono anche presi 40 euro e ho recuperato la macchina quasi a secco quando era stata caricata poco dopo un pieno. Non capisco perché altre persone che hanno recensito negativamente questo posto poi hanno comunque assegnato 5 stelle... Absolutely to be avoided if you can. L'auto in autostrada ha iniziato ad andare a 3 cilindri e in mio soccorso sono arrivati questi signori. La diagnosi iniziale, fatta dal titolare con il pc, è stata "filtro antiparticolato intasato", e già le cose si mettono male: la mia auto non ha il suddetto filtro. Dopo aver fatto notare questa cosa, mi viene chiesto da quando non facessi un tagliando: fatto poche centinaia di km prima in vista del viaggio, e comunque sempre fatto ogni massimo 15mila km, prima delle scadenze indicate dalla Casa. La frase successiva, con aria di rimprovero, è stata: "Sì, vabbè... dite tutti così e poi gli cambiate l'olio una volta ogni quando vi ricordate". Rimango allibito. Quindi oltre al danno la beffa, e poi un altro danno: iniziano a mettere le mani sul motore e rompono un tubo, così il motore da che andava a 3 ora non va nemmeno più in moto. Morale della favola: dopo 4 ore di attesa, comunicazione inesistente e solo in dialetto stretto, decido di chiamare un altro carro attrezzi e portare l'auto dal mio meccanico di fiducia. Volevano che gliela lasciassi per un fantomatico guasto al FAP, mentre il problema reale era ad una bronzina... lascio a chi legge ogni giudizio sulla reale competenza di questa officina. EDIT in risposta al proprietario: anche a me è sembrato strano che il pc abbia sbagliato la diagnosi... forse il problema è nel pc, oppure in chi lo ha utilizzato, questo dovreste dirmelo voi.
