B	BV GRANIGLIATRICI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tappa fissa ogni volta che per lavoro scendo verso Napoli e Caserta e poi sulla via del ritorno la sosta da Bruno e' un must. Si trovano a pochi km dall' uscita autostrada S. Vittore. Posto unico sia per una sosta (hanno realizzato un bellissimo patio in legno) per gustare le loro specialita' casearie. La mozzarella di bufala, il cacio cavallo ed il pecorino sono formidabili...impossibile non cadere nella tentazione di portarsi a casa un po di Bruno !! Sempre molto gentili.....unica pecca non avere un posto simile vicino a casa....a Milano. Super Caseificio !!! A fixed stop every time I go down to Naples and Caserta for work and then on the way back, the stop at Bruno is a must. They are located a few km from the S. Vittore motorway exit. Unique place both for a stop (they have created a beautiful wooden patio) to taste their dairy specialties. The buffalo mozzarella, the horse cheese and the pecorino are formidable ... impossible not to fall into the temptation to take home a bit of Bruno !! Always very kind ..... the only flaw is not having a similar place close to home .... in Milan. Super Dairy !!!

La cordialità e la simpatia delle due ragazze, che sanno mettere a proprio agio il cliente, hanno un sapore unico e genuino. Competenti e soprattutto disponibili. Tornarci è d'obbligo. Complimenti! Excellent products, fresh and very tasty mozzarella, not to mention pecorino and provolone. Abundant cutting boards and deserving coffee. The friendliness and friendliness of the two girls, who know how to put the customer at ease, have a unique and genuine flavor. Competent and above all available. Going back is a must. Compliments!

Only 3 stars because the buffalo mozzarella did not impress us very much, while the aged pecorino was excellent, even if offered at a slightly high price.
