r	robdurden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato svariate volte per avere delle informazioni per una licenza KB e la signora del centralino con un tono aggressivo ed un marcato accetto sudamericano mi ha buttato giù il telefono. Al secondo tentativo, marcai un altro interno, questa volta era di sesso maschile sempre con un marcato accento sudamericano, un po più gentile mi disse di contattare un altro numero. Lo feci, ed era una casa privata di una povera signora che riceve chiamate in merito a patenti almeno 4 o 5 volte a settimana. Ho risolto chiamando la motorizzazione di Cuneo, andrò fino a laggiù per far la patente e lo consiglio a tutti. F	Fabius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ufficio così ha ragione di esistere solo perché fa parte di un classico Ministero Italiano, non rispondono mai al telefono, i tempi di risposta alle mail sono assurdi, così come è assurda la disorganizzazione che regna all'interno, gente che gira senza senso, che si ferma un po da un pc già impegnato e poi passa ad un altro, quando fai domande lo scazzo è concreto e tangibile, esattamente come la maleducazione... l'unico che si salva è la guardia giurata all'esterno che ne sa ben piu delle sig.re all'interno... anche la pulizia e il decoro sono un optional... l'ingegnere ha una mise da ortolano e dei capelli da frantoiano che non conosce lo shampoo... Funziona solo xchè si è obbligati ad andarci, ci fosse un'alternativa, sarebbero già senza clienti da tempo!! Avevo iniziato la pratica della revisione della patente (perché è stata convertita) in un altro comune. Per la causa di COVID per tanto tempo non era stata possibile a svolgere gli esami lì. Poi ci siamo trasferiti con mio marito qua in zona e ovviamente sarebbe stato assurdo di continuare la pratica lo tanto da casa. Allora questa volta non sono andata da autoscuola ma direttamente qua, a motorizzazione. Sono venuta di persona e ho preso l’appuntamento senza alcun problema per la settimana successiva. Ho ricevute tutte le risposte e mi hanno gentilmente aperto la nuova pratica. Ho dovuto venire poi per fare esame di teoria e successivamente quello di guida. Mi hanno dato la data e mi sono pure arrivate tutte le mail sempre con la convocazione. È vero che telefonicamente è quasi impossibile di raggiungerli ma se andate di persona si fa tutto e subito. Ovvio bisogna attendere ma come in tutti gli uffici pubblici. 4 stelle perché non c’è la possibilità di andare in bagno. Ma ho sentito che stanno provvedendo di risolvere questa situazione. Poi ringrazio in particolare il ragazzo simpaticissimo N. che cercava in tutti modi alleggerire la vita di chi attende il proprio turno. Andate di persona, ecco il mio consiglio:) e abbiate un po’ di pazienza;) I have only read negative reviews and it seems to me that this one will be positive first :) I had to solve a complicated situation. So this time I didn't go from driving school but directly here, to motorization. I came in person and made the appointment without any problem for the following week. I received all the answers and they kindly opened the new file to me. I had to come then to take the theory exam and then the driving one. They gave me the date and I also received all the emails always with the call. It is true that by telephone it is almost impossible to reach them but if you go in person everything is done immediately. Obviously we have to wait but as in all public offices. 4 stars because there is no possibility to go to the bathroom. But I have heard that they are taking steps to resolve this situation. Then I thank in particular the very nice guy N. who tried in every way to lighten the life of those waiting for their turn. Go in person, here's my advice :) and have a little patience;)

Per colpa del loro disservizio sto perdendo soldi e tempo. Inoltre il sito della motorizzazione va in tilt durante la prenotazione di un appuntamento non consentendomi nemmeno di utilizzare l'unica possibilità rimasta di accedere ad una pratica che è solo consentita presso di loro. g	giorgia cuffaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una settimana di chiamate senza risposte, finalmente oggi qualcuno alza la cornetta dicendoci di andare di persona alla motorizzazione perché non possibile prendere appuntamento per telefono, specifico che siamo di Ventimiglia. Una volta arrivati alla porta incontriamo,credo, una adetto allo smistamento, che in modo molto sgarbato anziché ascoltare la nostra situazione, fa risultare noi falsi e bugiardi, dicendoci che L’appuntamento va preso via E-mail.. Quindi per via della manca organizzazione e comunicazione con L’ufficio della segreteria non abbiamo risolto nulla e abbiamo perso una giornata di lavoro. Riorganizzatevi date le recensione vergognose.
