Bad service, they never answer the phone and you have to make countless attempts at the counters because they ask for one document at a time !!!

Lunghe attese mentre il telefono continua a squillare (ora capisco perché non mi è mai stata presa una telefonata da questi uffici). Consiglio un rinnovo del personale. Rude at the reception of a blond / brown woman with glasses who chews continuously and always without wearing a mask. Long waits while the phone keeps ringing (now I understand why I never got a call from these offices). I recommend a staff renewal.

C	Claudia Cipro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi di competenza dovrebbe prendere seri provvedimenti in merito al pessimo servizio offerto dai dipendenti attuali, alla sgarbatezza e alla totale volontà di operare. Non rispondono al telefono nemmeno se possono, evidentemente loro fanno come e cosa vogliono. Rilasciano informazioni scadenti, e a mancare in questo ufficio sono competenza, organizzazione e diligenza. Chiedi di stampare dei moduli e sbuffano parlando a voce sostenuta perché mancano 10 MINUTI alla chiusura dell'ufficio, non pensando minimamente a fare fruttare quei 10 minuti. Si disturbano a lavorare, e non sono capaci di lanciare correttamente code di stampa pur lavorando lì da anni! Chi può intervenga, è diritto di ogni cittadino usufruire di un servizio. Chi non vuole lavorare deve stare a casa! Those in charge should take serious action regarding poor service offered by current employees, rudeness and a total willingness to operate. They do not answer the phone even if they can, evidently they do what and how they want. They release poor information, and what is lacking in this office is competence, organization and diligence. Ask to print forms and they snort loudly because there are 10 MINUTES to go before the office closes, not thinking in the least to make those 10 minutes pay off. They get bothered to work, and are unable to properly launch print queues even though they have been working there for years! Who can intervene, it is the right of every citizen to use a service. Anyone who does not want to work must stay at home!
