★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il corriere mi ha detto chiaramente di andare da lui perché fondamentalmente non aveva voglia arrivare all'indirizzo indicato. L'unico punto a favore è che se telefoni ti rispondono.
The courier clearly told me to go to him because he basically didn't want to arrive at the indicated address. The only plus point is that if you call, they'll answer you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricevuto il pacco giovedì. Ho richiesto di inserire la riserva di controllo, dato che come al solito il corriere scappa via. Mi ha detto di non preoccuparmi. 3 minuti dopo mi sono accorta che mancava un collo. Ho immediatamente chiamato la sede che mi ha confermato che avrebbero avvisato l'autista. Non essendo più tornato indietro, il pomeriggio ho telefonato. Mi hanno detto di non preoccuparmi che nel pomeriggio stesso me lo avrebbero consegnato. Niente. Lascio passare la mattinata del venerdì, dopodiché richiamo. L'autista mi dice che non aveva quel collo sul furgone e che non è in zona. Chiamo la sede, che mi dice "oggi non ho nessuno in zona quindi posso consegnare magari domani mattina se no lunedì. Gli dico che ne ho bisogno in giornata. Mi dice che ho poco da dire dato che non ho neanche messo la riserva di controllo! Ribadisco che ho detto al corriere di inserirla e mi dice che il corriere non è autorizzato ad inserirla!! Quindi doppiamente presa in giro. Disonesti ed inaffidabili!
Received the package on Thursday. I requested to insert the control reserve, since as usual the courier runs away. He told me not to worry. 3 minutes later I noticed that a neck was missing. I immediately called the office who confirmed that they would notify the driver. Having never come back, I called in the afternoon. They told me not to worry that they would deliver it to me that afternoon. Nothing. I let the morning of Friday pass, after which I call back. The driver tells me he didn't have that neck on the van and he's not in the area. I call the office, which tells me "today I have no one in the area so I can deliver maybe tomorrow morning or Monday. I tell him that I need it today. He tells me that I have little to say since I have not even put the control reserve ! I repeat that I told the courier to insert it and he tells me that the courier is not authorized to insert it! So doubly made fun of. Dishonest and unreliable!

They answer the phone quickly, not like other couriers who force you to try and try again all day, keeping you on the phone to listen to the voicemail for 20 minutes. Courteous and capable staff.
