★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dicono che han consegnato al tuo indirizzo ma non c'è traccia del pacco, nemmeno dei vicini, li chiami e ti tengono 10 minuti col il centralino automatico, finalmente dopo varie incazzature riesco a parlare con l'assistenza e altri 10 minuti di perdita di tempo, io volevo il numero del corriere per chiedere a chi lo avesse lasciato, invece mi ritrovo a dover compilare una pratica di reclamo del pacco che mi fa perdere ulteriori 10 minuti, assurdo, siete una società ridicola
they say they have delivered to your address but there is no trace of the package, not even the neighbors, you call them and they keep you 10 minutes with the automatic switchboard, finally after various pisses I can talk to the assistance and another 10 minutes of loss of time, I wanted the courier number to ask who had left it, instead I find myself having to fill out a parcel claim file that makes me waste another 10 minutes, absurd, you are a ridiculous company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 15 mail dove ci avvisate che abbiamo 1 pacco, in un'altra che ne abbiamo 2, e ancora che avevamo 3 pacchi in consegna, siete arrivati e manca un pacco su 2....allora dov'è il secondo pacco ?
Invece di inviare 15 mail per 2 pacchi, portate i 2 pacchi, non 1 alla volta che a noi servono.
After 15 emails where you inform us that we have 1 package, in another we have 2, and again that we had 3 packages in delivery, you have arrived and one package out of 2 is missing .... so where is the second package?
Instead of sending 15 emails for 2 packages, bring the 2 packages, not 1 at a time that we need.
