Tagliando olio motore più filtro olio più registrazione tensione catena e controllo generale. Bene ho avuto la piacevole sorpresa di conoscere un meccanico con i fiocchi, molto disponibile, preparato, pulito nel lavoro e con prezzi adeguati al lavoro eseguito. Ho riscontrato nel suo fare una certa pignoleria che ho molto apprezzato nel trattare le varie componenti della mia moto. Inoltre ho riscontrato disponibilità e passione nel lavoro. Mentre eseguiva il tagliando sono giunti in officina due Rider's austriaci con una delle moto in panne. Una ktm 990 con vistosa perdita d'olio motore. Il sig. Mucciola mi ha chiesto se fossi disponibile nel dar loro la precedenza ma che avrebbe continuato il lavoro sulla mia moto nel caso avessi avuto fretta. Sinceramente, vedendo i due stranieri afflitti mi sono immedesimato nel loro stato d'animo e ho dato loro la precedenza. Ebbene, in mezz'ora Mucciola ha risolto il problema degli stranieri i quali nel ringraziare sia me che il titolare dell'officina si sono dimostrati felicemente sorpresi sia della velocità del lavoro che del prezzo modico loro richiesto (aggiungo in proposito che il Rider in questione in Austria svolge proprio il lavoro di meccanico di auto, quindi anche competente). Che dire: io questo meccanico non me lo lascio sfuggire e lo consiglio vivamente ai motociclisti. Grazie Mucciola e piacere di averti conosciuto. Good morning. Well I had the pleasant surprise of meeting a mechanic with all the trimmings, very helpful, prepared, clean in work and with prices appropriate to the work performed. I found in his doing a certain meticulousness that I greatly appreciated in dealing with the various components of my bike. I also found availability and passion in the work. While he was carrying out the service, two Austrian Rider's arrived at the workshop with one of the motorcycles in need of repair. A ktm 990 with a noticeable loss of engine oil. Mr. Mucciola asked me if I was available to give them the right of way but that he would continue the work on my bike in case I was in a hurry. Honestly, seeing the two afflicted strangers, I identified with their state of mind and gave them priority. Well, in half an hour Mucciola solved the problem of foreigners who in thanking both me and the owner of the workshop were happily surprised both by the speed of the work and the modest price requested from them (I add in this regard that the Rider in question in Austria he works as a car mechanic, therefore also competent). A new tire was so quickly not to get and we did not want to end the vacation early here. Giovanni rides Enduro himself and knows how to repair even such large holes. He is insanely nice, helpful and very professional. His workshop is very extensively equipped and I would bring my machine to him again anytime. Full stars for Giovanni!!
