★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono ormai un cliente affezionato da oltre dieci anni della Concessionaria Mototeate di Chieti Scalo e anche se da fuori provincia perché io abito a Pescara, dalla suddetta Concessionaria, negli anni ho avuto il piacere di acquistare e quindi di cambiare diversi Scooter.
Il mio ultimo acquisto è stato un Kymco People S 300, uno Scooter a ruote alte, tecnologico, performante e dai consumi contenuti.
Difatti quest’ultimo nel percorso extraurbano mi ha fatto rilevare consumi che si attestano intorno ai 32 Km. per litro di Benzina.
Personalmente ho sempre ricevuto un trattamento al di sopra delle mie aspettative dai due titolari, i fratelli Alberto e Gianluca Schiazza, persone squisite nonchè professionisti seri ed affidabili, i quali antepongono sempre la soddisfazione del cliente ai loro interessi.
I medesimi giornalmente, con estrema dedizione si guadagnano sul campo la fiducia del cliente, conquistando di conseguenza la sua fidelizzazione.
In tutti questi anni ho riscontrato gentilezza, disponibilità e massima attenzione alle eventuali problematiche del mio Scooter che, a volte, vanno anche oltre le loro competenze ed il loro raggio d’azione. Consiglio vivamente la Concessionaria Mototeate di Chieti Scalo.
I have now been a loyal customer of the Mototeate di Chieti Scalo dealership for over ten years and even if I am from outside the province because I live in Pescara, from the aforementioned dealership, over the years I have had the pleasure of buying and therefore changing several scooters.
My latest purchase was a Kymco People S 300, a high-tech, high-performance and fuel-efficient scooter with high wheels.
In fact, on the extra-urban route, the latter showed me consumption levels that amount to around 32 Km. Per liter of petrol.
Personally I have always received a treatment above my expectations from the two owners, the brothers Alberto and Gianluca Schiazza, exquisite people as well as serious and reliable professionals, who always put customer satisfaction before their interests.
On a daily basis, with extreme dedication, they earn the customer's trust in the field, consequently winning their loyalty.
In all these years I have found kindness, availability and maximum attention to any problems of my Scooter which, at times, even go beyond their skills and their range of action. I highly recommend the Mototeate Dealership in Chieti Scalo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fosse per me non darei neanche una stella visto la maniera in cui sono stata trattata per quanto riguarda una riparazione, e a livello di educazione e gentilezza nei riguardi del cliente siamo a zero. L'arroganza e la maleducazione va lasciata a casa quando si ha a che fare con le persone. Al titolare consiglio di fare un bel corso di educazione perché ne ha veramente bisogno. Sconsigliatissimo! Passate oltre.
If it were up to me, I wouldn't even give it a star given the way I was treated with regards to repairs, and in terms of education and kindness towards the customer, we are zero. Arrogance and rudeness should be left at home when dealing with people. I advise the owner to take a nice education course because he really needs it. Sconsigliatissimo! Move on.

They are great sellers of motorbikes and scooters. In technical assistance, in my humble opinion, they are not as good, especially because they are unable to guarantee the service.
