Ciò che mi ha davvero colpito e fatto decidere nell acquisto presso il loro salone , non è stato solo il prezzo scontato , ma vedere con quanta Passione e dedizione Fabio , titolare insieme al fratello, mi ha aiutato a togliermi TUTTE le perplessità in merito al mio acquisto .
NON SOLO......ho deciso di montate poi un bauletto , un termoscudo Tucano , e dei coprimanopole Tucano ......Fabio , suo fratello e un collaboratore interno , senza chiedermi un solo EURO oltre che l acquisto del materiale sopra descritto optional , mi hanno montato il TUTTO , controllato sempre che lo scooter sia in ordine e sono SEMPRE SEMPRE SEMPRE disponibili all ascolto e al rimedio di ogni mia esigenza . Ps ....da casa non riuscivo neanche a registrarmi per inserire il codice del termoscudo ai fini dell assicurazione......chi se ne è occupato? Fabio dal suo ufficio ......grazie ragazzi ricordate che io sono passato di li a seguito di una segnalazione di una vostra cliente amica di famiglia ......e spero di poter fare altrettanto per qualche mio amico che necessita di un vostro prodotto.....SIETE DAVVERO SPECIALI
I bought a kymco x town 300 scooter about three months ago after I went elsewhere for other quotes. What really struck me and made me decide in the purchase at their salon, was not only the discounted price, but to see with how much Passion and dedication Fabio, owner together with his brother, helped me to remove ALL the perplexities about my purchase.
NOT ONLY ...... I then decided to mount a top case, a Tucano thermoscudo, and some Tucano grip covers ...... Fabio, his brother and an internal collaborator, without asking me for a single EURO as well as the purchase of the material described above as optional, they mounted EVERYTHING for me, always checked that the scooter is in order and they are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS available to listen to and remedy my every need. Ps .... from home I could not even register to enter the code of the thermoscudo for insurance purposes ...... who took care of it? Fabio from his office ... thank you guys remember that I passed by following a report from one of your family friends ... and I hope to do the same for some of my friends who need your product ..... YOU ARE REALLY SPECIAL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato qualche giorno fa presso l'officina con la richiesta (a fronte di pagamento) di gonfiare le gomme della mia bicicletta.
Richiesta rifiutata da parte del meccanico il quale, senza degnarmi di uno sguardo e con fare decisamente sgarbato ha asserito imprecando di non avere tempo.
Non metto in dubbio che il meccanico fosse indaffarato. Il trattamento ricevuto farà però orientare l'acquisto imminente del mio nuovo scooter verso un'altra concessionaria.

I went to the workshop a few days ago with the request (against payment) to inflate the tires of my bicycle.
Request refused by the mechanic who, without deigning to look at me and with a decidedly rude attitude, swore that he didn't have time.
I don't doubt that the mechanic was busy. However, the treatment received will direct the imminent purchase of my new scooter to another dealership.
