Il signor Piero segue sempre i suoi clienti con grande professionalità e soprattutto onestà. Da qualche anno sono rivenditori della nota marca di abbigliamento Rinascimento, che da loro ho conosciuto e che acquisto sempre qui. La scelta è ampia sia da uomo sia soprattutto da donna, per la quale si trovano abiti per il quotidiano e per occasioni formali. Il personale è sgarbato e molto maleducato, non si cura del cliente a meno che non faccia acquisti "sostanziosi"; il proprietario risponde male ai clienti e, ripeto, è molto maleducato e arrogante. Sconsigliatissimo. I often buy clothes from the Renaissance in Brescia and have always been satisfied. I tried to get in from Mos to Manerbio, but I'll never set foot in it again. In risposta al proprietario del negozio: la storia da lei riportata, confido erroneamente, non riguarda la mia esperienza in negozio (non ho effettuato alcun acquisto). Inoltre, l'atteggiamento sgarbato era stato rivolto ad altre due clienti: un membro dello staff le aveva "invitate" ad uscire dalla porta, dopo averle rimproverate, mettendo a disagio me e un'altra cliente del negozio (poco dopo siamo uscite dal negozio a nostra volta). Avendo ricevuto una sua risposta dopo mesi, non posso fornirle ulteriori dettagli, rischiando di dare informazioni non veritiere - per correttezza nei vostri confronti. Staff very rude and rude. Abbiamo provato alcuni cappotti, ma non essendo convinte della scelta ed essendo a disagio per l'atteggiamento della venditrice abbiamo scelto di non acquistare nulla. All'uscita siamo state aggredite verbalmente e insultate da quello che credo sia il proprietario poichè avevamo provato i capi senza acquistarli. Fin da subito abbiamo percepito un’atmosfera ostile: entrate abbiamo salutato senza ricevere risposta, quindi abbiamo comunicato che avremmo dato un’occhiata. Abbiamo provato alcuni capi senza ricevere un’assistenza adeguata, insoddisfatte abbiamo deciso di lasciare il negozio, ma giunte sulla porta ci attendeva un individuo con fare minaccioso che urlando ci ha insultate perché abbiamo provato i capi senza acquistarli. Sembra incredibile, ma è realtà! Cortesia, educazione e professionalità non sono certo qualità che appartengono a questo negozio. Bad idea to cross the threshold of the store together with a friend. Il titolare si è mostrato fin da subito ostile sostenendo che non fosse possibile provare una taglia diversa dei maglioni (che avrei dovuto scegliere "ad occhio") mentre per i pantaloni potevo effettuare la prova. Ho lecitamente chiesto un chiarimento e l'argomentazione del signore è stata che i maglioni sarebbero venuti a contatto con la pelle (perchè i pantaloni no???). Ho ovviavente trovato l'argomentazione infondata. Di fronte al mio disappunto il proprietario, probabilmente non sapendo come altro sostenere la sua posizione, si è improvvisamente adirato, affermando inoltre che il cambio merce "era un favore" che mi veniva concesso a sua discrezione poichè mi ero presentata in negozio per il reso 5gg dopo l'acquisto e non 1 gg dopo (cosa cambi, non lo so). Voglio precisare che in negozio non ho trovato comunicazioni scritte ne in merito a limitazioni o tempistiche per effettuare i cambi merce , ne tanto meno disposizioni sui capi da non poter provare. Facile essere bendisposti verso il cliente solo quando si devono incassare i soldi. Sicuramente sconsigliatissimo. RUDE AND RUDE I went to this shop for a change of goods. I obviously found the argument unfounded. Faced with my disappointment, the owner, probably not knowing how else to support his position, was suddenly angry, also stating that the change of goods "was a favor" that was granted to me at his discretion as I had presented myself in the shop for the return 5 days after the purchase and not 1 day later (what changes, I don't know). I want to clarify that in the store I have not found written communications about limitations or timing for exchanging goods, much less provisions on items that cannot be tried on. Easy to be kind to the customer only when you have to collect the money. Definitely not recommended.
