★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered shoes online (02-02-2021), but unfortunately, they never arrived. SDA (Poste Italiane) is responsible for the delivery from Italy to the Netherlands, but they can't help you with anything. Checkpoint Manerbio also did not respond to any of my messages (fb and email). I believe this store is actually good, but shipping orders to a different country maybe isn't their best job. I also expected some more service for the €18,- shipping costs. Very unfortunate.
- There were some problems with SDA apparently. Check Point Manerbio handled the situation perfectly and send the shoes again (with DHL). Thanks guys! I appreciate it a lot :)
