Sono stata contattata sia dalla sede della mia città, sia dall'Agenzia di Manerbio. La sede della mia città, poco prima dell'appuntamento, ha disdetto promettendo una chiamata in un tempo successivo, cosa che non è mai avvenuta. Invece l'Agenzia di Manerbio, dopo un primo colloquio gratificante, ove sembrava che la mia figura fosse assolutamente in linea con la posizione richiesta (nr 2 front office), mi ha convocato per un secondo incontro, rivelatosi estremamente deludente. La Responsabile Risorse Umane mi ha introdotta ad uno dei Titolari, il quale, senza aver letto il mio CV, né la mia esperienza lavorativa, ha immediatamente escluso un mio inserimento come front-office, ma mi ha proposta una posizione di promoter assicurativo (figura mai menzionata prima). Questi trucchetti di basso livello mi sono costati 300 km per affrontare i 2 colloqui, per sentirmi dire da questo signore, ignaro della geografia mantovana, che non ero adatta al front office (lavoro che ho svolto per 20 anni....) Avevo sentito di queste cose ma comunque ho deciso di partecipare convita delle mie qualità, ma evidentemente non interessano certe cose. Con la scusa ché scelgono accuratamente il personale e solo una frotolla, hanno scelto solo ché papà è dirigente e responsabile di varie agenzie nel cremonese, vergogna. Magari chi di dovere spezii questa catena e offensivo tempo e soldi persi visto ché sono più colloqui e vari step. Ho un parente che tene le polizze e mea detto che è ultimo anno con voi lamenta trascuratezza e professionalità verso il cliente e come posso piasmare visto la selezione del personale. Con tutto il rispetto per il ragazzo scelto, ma era immaturo e piuttosto spenserato e lontano dal mondo assicurativo, dicendo che papà citene. A persone ché hanno provato non rimanete male, non perché non siete bravi vuoi.
