P	PUA CHANNEL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato per una posizione per Direttore di Stabilimento, dopo aver concordato un appuntamento telefonico con la responsabile, la quale mi è sembrata fin dal primo contatto telefonico, poco disponibile e distante. Al mio arrivo ho trovato una sede disordinata, poca cura nell'accogliere un professionista e nessuna preparazione a sostenere un colloquio. La persona incaricata della selezione non aveva stampato il mio CV e non si era nemmeno preso la briga di leggerlo. Durante il colloquio non mi sono state fatte domande specificate e mirate ma solo di natura generica e poco tesa all'esplorazione delle mie reali capacità. Al termine dell'intervista, durata penso una decina di minuti, la responsabile si è espressa in un giudizio sfavorevole, sostenendo che la mia candidatura non fosse idonea per quella particolare tipologia di lavoro. La mia impressione è che non ci fosse interesse fin da subito e la poca trasparenza nel concordare un appuntamento sia stata solo un pretesto per cercare di dissuadermi fin da subito a proseguire. Mi chiedo se la Umana Spa pratichi una selezione accurata del personale adibito alla selezione del personale, oppure se si tratti di un franchising in cui ogni sede è gestita in maniera autonoma. Ad ogni modo, sconsiglio vivamente la sede in questione a chiunque sia alla ricerca di posizioni lavorative senior da middle - management in sù. Senza parole mi dicono anche perché quando l'abbiamo chiamata non a fatto presente.. non sapevo che una mamma perché a un bimbo piccolo di 5 mesi non può lavorare.
