Siccome non posso rispondere al commento sotto, riporto che ho aperto quella chat, ho contattato l'operatore, ma non mi è stato di nessun aiuto. Solo che avrei dovuto contattare la banca per le informazioni che mi servivano. Di conseguenza sottoscrivo nuovamente quanto riportato! I need to make an appointment at the counter and speak to an operator, but after 10 calls it is impossible to get on the line. NO ANSWER ANSWER! Rated 1 because 0 is not possible ... a	alessio turini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da anni cliente ubi e bper ma devo dire che le filiali di manerbio via dante che in via cremona in chiusura sono veramente pessime . il cliente trattato in modo inaccettabile e la cortesia non è di certo di casa ! nella filiale di gavardo bper ex ubi non è assolutamente così anzi gentili e disponibili! la filiale la fanno le persone che ci lavorano per l 80%! ovviamente non generalizzo ma la scortesia di buona parte dei cassieri è fuori dal normale ! A ubi and bper customer for years, but I must say that the branches in manerbio via dante which in via cremona are really bad at the end. the customer treated in an unacceptable way and courtesy is certainly not at home! in the branch of gavardo bper ex ubi is absolutely not so kind and helpful! the branch is made up of the people who work there for 80%! obviously I don't generalize but the rudeness of most of the cashiers is out of the ordinary!

Rimpiango la ubi banca servizio ottimo e sempre disponibili telefonicamente. Telephone service non-existent they never answer and just to make an appointment or to ask for information for car insurance I have to go to the bank and queue which sometimes I lose even 30min. I regret the ubi bank excellent service and always available by phone.
