★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata stamattina per errore. Ho suonato due volte il campanello perché la porta sembrava dura e la signora allo sportello mi ha urlato in modo maleducato e scocciato : é aperto!
Ho chiesto scusa io, quando le scuse me le doveva lei. La signora è stata molto Maleducata dicendomi che doveva sbrigare una cosa molto urgente al computer e si è ancora più scocciata per il fatto che avevo sbagliato indirizzo e non avevo appuntamento in quel patronato.
Mi ha risposto che ci sono mille altri uffici e io non avevo appuntamento con lei E PER FORTUNA! grazie al cielo dovevo recarmi in un altro ufficio in cui l’addetto almeno è stato gentile e cordiale.
Una stella perché zero non si può.
 I went this morning by mistake. I rang the bell twice because the door seemed hard and the lady at the counter yelled at me in a rude and annoyed way: it's open!
I apologized when she owed me an apology. The lady was very rude telling me that she had to do something very urgent on the computer and she was even more annoyed that I had the wrong address and I had no appointment in that patronage.
She replied that there are a thousand other offices and I didn't have an appointment with her AND FORTUNE! thank goodness I had to go to another office where the assistant at least was kind and friendly.
A star because zero is not possible.
