Dopo aver comunque acquistato dei capi, sono tornata nel pomeriggio poiché avevo bisogno di effettuare un cambio, la mia taglia non c'era, allora ho chiesto se fosse possibile effettuare il cambio presso un altro punto vendita, risposta: "assolutamente no". Al che ho contattato il servizio clienti di Calzedonia e mi è stato detto che il capo poteva benissimo essere cambiato altrove. Complimenti per la professionalità, difficilmente tornerò a comprare qualcosa.
Not too friendly orders. I was asked to quickly choose what I wanted to buy because there were other people outside the shop (I had just entered).
However, after buying some items, I came back in the afternoon because I needed to make a change, my size was not there, so I asked if it was possible to change at another store, answer: "absolutely not". To which I contacted Calzedonia customer service and was told that the garment could very well have been changed elsewhere. Congratulations on your professionalism, I will hardly go back to buy something.
