 Certainly interesting to go and visit. Too bad that the unification of Italy was not a peaceful alliance between the kingdom of the two Sicilies and the Savoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta molto dispiaciuta dello stato di abbandono di questo bellissimo monumento. L'infopoint è chiuso e vuoto.
Unica nota positiva è la bellezza della vista che si può ammirare da sopra il monumento (senza far caso all'immensa immondizia)
I was very sorry for the state of neglect of this beautiful monument. The infopoint is closed and empty.
The only positive note is the beauty of the view that can be admired from above the monument (without paying attention to the immense garbage)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il monumento in sé è davvero bello, la costruzione moderna permette di rendere onore ai Mille. In più dà verso il mare. Non sento di mettere più di tre stelle per la terribile situazione di degrado e di cattiva manutenzione che si dà al monumento che dovrebbe essere non solo importante per la Sicilia, bensì per l'Italia stessa
The monument itself is really beautiful, the modern construction makes it possible to honor the Thousand. In addition it overlooks the sea. I don't feel like giving more than three stars due to the terrible situation of decay and poor maintenance that is given to the monument which should be important not only for Sicily, but for Italy itself.
