Si raggiunge a piedi in circa un quarto d'ora dal lungomare, dove si trovano la maggior parte degli alberghi e dei villaggi. Non tutti i treni vi si fermano, può essere necessario fare un cambio a Pescara Centrale. A poorly maintained station for such a popular tourist location as Montesilvano. It can be reached on foot in about a quarter of an hour from the promenade, where most of the hotels and villages are located. E' presente un museo del treno con plastici e treni elettrici, oltre che un locomotore del secolo scorso, che merita di essere visitato!
