★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stazione straordinaria. Vicino al centro del paese. Da un lato si vede la pineta che si affaccia sul mare! Stazione munita di sala d'attesa,tre binari, sottopasso collegato con la spiaggia e biglietterie self-service.
Extraordinary station. Near the center of the village. On one side you can see the pine forest overlooking the sea! Station equipped with waiting room, three tracks, underpass connected to the beach and self-service ticket offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classica stazioncina minore senza: biglietteria, senza servizi igienici, senza posto di ristoro, senza sala di attesa, senza edicola di giornali: meno male che almeno si può prendere un treno per andare altrove.
Classic minor station without: ticket office, without toilets, without rest area, without waiting room, without newspaper kiosk: thank goodness that at least you can take a train to go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il punto forte della Stazione Ferroviaria di Pineto - Atri è la spettacolare vista sulla Pineta e il mare ♥️ oltretutto è situata proprio in centro città il che la rende collegatissima a tutto il resto e particolarmente raggiungibile. Negli ultimissimi anni è stata poi ampliata e modernizzata: c'è un ascensore paronamico, le piste di accesso ai binari per biciclette e disabili ....le uniche due "pecche" che però non mi permettono di assegnare un punteggio pieno sono la fontana con la meridiana che da diverso tempo è ferma e in stato di abbandono e (cosa più importante) le due biglietterie automatiche che spesso hanno malfunzionamenti e si bloccano. Un vero peccato! Spero che risolvino presto
The strong point of the Pineto - Atri railway station is the spectacular view of the pine forest and the sea ♥ ️ plus it is located right in the city center which makes it very connected to everything else and particularly accessible. In the last few years it has been expanded and modernized: there is a paronamic lift, the access tracks to the tracks for bicycles and the disabled .... the only two "flaws" that do not allow me to assign a full score are the fountain with the sundial that has been standing still for some time and in a state of neglect and (more importantly) the two automatic ticket machines that often malfunction and block. Such a pity! Hope they resolve soon
