★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accompagnato mio fratello per fare un acquisto importante su una penna stilografica essendo lui un collezionista ed avendo pezzi importanti, era entrato per chiedere info su un edizione limitata.
Le persone presenti in Boutique non erano in grado di parlare del prodotto nelle sue caratteristiche, come anche di altri modelli richiesti sempre in edizione speciale.
Mi sembra così poco professionale visto che parliamo di strumenti da scrittura di un valore molto elevato.
 I accompanied my brother to make an important purchase on a fountain pen, being a collector and having important pieces, he had come in to ask for info on a limited edition.
The people present in the Boutique were unable to talk about the product in its features, as well as other models always requested in a special edition.
It seems so unprofessional to me as we are talking about writing instruments of a very high value.

Nonostante la telefonata prima di recarmi in negozio, come precedentemente consigliato, il prodotto cercato non era disponibile; salvo poi scoprire che on line lo fosse e addirittura il personale. (Evidentemente a clienti che ritingono opportuno farlo ma non con tutti perché per me non è stato così) consigliano negozi di concorrenza dove si può trovare.
Personalmente se posso comprare altrove lo farò.
Unprofessional and qualified, superficial staff.
Despite the phone call before going to the store, as previously recommended, the product sought was not available; only to find out that it was online and even the staff. (Obviously to customers who consider it appropriate to do it but not with everyone because it has not been so for me) they recommend competing shops where you can find them.
Personally if I can buy elsewhere I will.

Tempo fa sono andato in boutique, a Bologna, per regolare la misura delle cinture acquistate online, arrivati in negozio, ero l'unico cliente presente, spiego la mia necessità alle due commesse, quando ad un certo punto una commessa mi chiede se potevo tornare il giorno successivo poichè doveva dedicarsi ai clienti appena entrati! COSA?? è modo di comportarsi? ma quando mai si è visto che in una boutique di un marchio importante i clienti vengano trattati cosi??? MAI PIU'
BAD SERVICE! Some time ago I went to the boutique, in Bologna, to adjust the size of the belts purchased online, arrived in the store, I was the only customer present, I explain my need to the two orders, when at a certain point a shop assistant asks me if I could return the next day as he had to dedicate himself to the customers who just entered! WHAT?? is it way to behave? but when has it ever been seen that in a boutique of an important brand customers are treated like this ??? NEVER AGAIN'

comprero' un regalo in un altro negozio.La maleducazione non vale il prezzo di una penna.

Prendete persone più competenti.

Inoltre oggi sono tornato perché avevo visto un bel borsello in vetrina ma quando ho chiesto se potevo vederlo mi hanno detto che ero troppo piccolo e che sarei dovuto tornare con mio padre (ho 16 anni)
I once went with two of my friends to this shop and after asking for some information about some pens we got kicked out. Also today I came back because I had seen a nice bag in the window but when I asked if I could see it they told me that I was too young and that I should go back with my father (I am 16 years old)
