A	Antonio Roberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vedo un orologio in vetrina che mi piaceva, entro in negozio per poterlo acquistare e .... mi rispondono che è solo da esposizione e che loro prima di vendere un orologio devono accertarsi sull'acquirente in quanto vogliono scongiuare una eventuale rivendita... Reputo quanto sopra accaduto assurdo, i soldi hanno tutti lo stesso valore sia quelli delle persone loro conoscenti a cui vendono orologi e sia i miei. Diciamo che rispecchia in pieno la filosofia Italiana dove per qualsiasi cosa bisogna avere delle amicizie ...anche per comprare un semplice orologio ....delusione . I see a watch in the window that I liked, I go into the shop to be able to buy it and ... they answer me that it is only for display and that before selling a watch they must make sure about the buyer as they want to avoid a possible resale ... I think the above is absurd, the money has all the same value both those of the people they know to whom they sell watches and mine. Let's say that it fully reflects the Italian philosophy where for anything you need to have friends ... even to buy a simple watch .... disappointment.

Tornai dopo qualche mese e mi dissero ridendomi in faccia che le liste "non hanno alcun valore" ergo mi cancellarono. Dopo anni sono tornato per un altro orologio di minor valore, prendono il numero e ti salutano. Si capisce chiaramente che non hanno alcuna intenzione di vendere a te, che al massimo puoi comprare qualche pezzo di troppo. Nel frattempo è arrivato qualcosa in qualche altra gioielleria, quindi il mio consiglio è: andate subito altrove bad experience, go elsewhere. I listed myself for my first watch, which just came out 5 years ago, telling myself that there were only a few ladies before me. I came back after a few months and they told me laughing in my face that the lists "have no value" ergo they canceled me. Years later I came back for another less valuable watch, they take the number and say hello. It is clear that they have no intention of selling to you, that at most you can buy a few too many pieces. In the meantime, something has arrived in some other jewelry store, so my advice is: go somewhere else now
F	Fabio Vittozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi poco educati e forniti di 0 orologi, da premettere che posseggo 5 rolex, per passione ne vorrei comprare altri, ho lasciato una (dimostrazione di interesse cosi come la chiamano loro, ma è solo una falsa) a marzo, per diversi modelli Submariner, GMT master II e Daytona qualsiasi colore o configurazione , mi sono recato qualche giorno fa per chiedere quando era previsto l arrivo di un qualsiasi orologio tra questi tre modelli, mi hanno riso in faccia dicendomi che nemmeno tra 20 anni lo avrei avuto, ho chiesto il perchè ed uno dei commessi mi ha detto che loro preferiscono vendere orologi a chi spende 80/100 mila euro in gioielli, più tosto che darli a chiunque. Io credo che li vendano a familiari o amici stretti, che poi li rivendono al doppio del prezzo su siti specializzati o tramite gioiellerie che trattano usato. questa è una prima recensione che scrivo, ma cercherò di mettermi in contatto con la casa madre, anche tramite PEC per segnalare questo enorme abuso. Ai signori di Rolex Monetti dico sono disponibile per un confronto, sono disponibile per comprare un qualsiasi orologio tra i tre modelli richiesti dimostrate la vostra trasparenza e serietà, e soprattutto fate il vostro lavoro con onestà!!! Boutique di riferimento per appassionati di gioielli unici ed orologi, bellissima anche la loro linea. Consigliatissimo. Ho letto delle recensioni negative per il fatto che molti Rolex non sono disponibili. Purtroppo questa non è una colpa attribuibile a Monetti, ma si tratta di una politica attuata da Rolex (che possa piacere o no) che ha portato a distribuire ai concessionari gli orologi in maniera limitatissima. Provate allora ad andare nei concessionari di Roma, Milano o qualsiasi altra parte e vedrete che anche lì spesso gli orologi in esposizione non sono destinati alla vendita e dovrete inserirvi in lunghissime liste di attesa. Historic shop in Naples with very courteous and professional staff and also very easy going in spite of what one might think. I have read some negative reviews due to the fact that many Rolexes are not available. Unfortunately this is not a fault attributable to Monetti, but it is a policy implemented by Rolex (whether we like it or not) that has led to the distribution of watches to dealers in a very limited way. Then try to go to dealerships in Rome, Milan or any other part and you will see that even there often the watches on display are not intended for sale and you will have to enter very long waiting lists.
