C	Claudia S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata una settimana fa per chiedere info su un articolo Swarovski acquistato su Amazon, mi è stato detto di portarlo tranquillamente perché avrebbero aperto la procedura di riparazione..ieri mattina mi sono recata come da accordi in negozio con ricevuta ed articolo da riparare..la stessa commessa (Signora non più giovane con occhiali)mi risponde dicendo che manca il codice articolo nonostante sulla ricevuta ci fosse la descrizione dettagliata di un LORO articolo, in più la Signora voleva la fattura ,stavolta la ricevuta non era sufficiente..le ho detto che non ho richiesto nessuna fattura al momento dell’acquisto perché non mi serviva, mi bastava la ricevuta per la garanzia..insomma era evidente che non voleva ritirarmi il LORO gioiello in garanzia!!è così è stato! Premetto che l’assistenza clienti Swarovski mi aveva assicurato che i gioielli acquistati su Amazon potevano essere portati un qualsiasi punto vendita. Comunque ho risolto il problema chiamando Amazon che mi recapiterà a casa il gioiello nuovo ritirando quello difettoso... Ci chiedete di favorire gli acquisti nei negozi e non da Amazon, dopo questa esperienza sono fermamente più convinta di continuare i miei acquisti su Amazon. I state that Swarovski customer service had assured me that the jewelry purchased on Amazon could be taken to any point of sale. However, I solved the problem by calling Amazon who will deliver the new jewel to my home and collect the defective one ... You ask us to favor purchases in stores and not from Amazon, after this experience I am firmly more convinced to continue my purchases on Amazon.

La prima è stata 18 anni fa per il battesimo di mio figlio è la seconda è stata per il mio matrimonio qualche giorno fa, ed Entrambe le volte sono stato soddisfatto perché sono persone veramente molto professionali e preparate. Il negozio è veramente molto carino idee e prodotti per ogni gusto e per ogni prezzo perciò chiunque potrebbe trovare qualcosa che faccia al caso suo. Consiglio vivamente di affidarsi a loro per un piccolo pensiero per delle bomboniere cornici o altro perché un negozio davvero molto fornito. It is not the first time that I rely on this shop for wedding favors. The first was 18 years ago for my son's baptism and the second was for my wedding a few days ago, and both times I was satisfied because they are really very professional and prepared people. The shop is really very nice ideas and products for every taste and for every price so anyone could find something that suits him.
